Switch it, don't pitch it!

Latah Free Exchange (LFE) is open to all Moscow, Idaho and Latah county residents as well as those in our immediate surrounding area including Pullman, Washington and Whitman county. If you're looking for an item, or have an item to offer, LFE is the place to do it...furniture, clothes, appliances, computers, toys, fill dirt, books, used boxes, plants, and all things in between.

Our goal is to reduce waste and recycle in our community by connecting people who would otherwise throw away unwanted items with others seeking those same items. If it still has life left in it, chances are someone can use it, and that saves them from buying yet another item that may end up in the landfill! It’s your chance to clear out your clutter, help a neighbor, feel good about yourself, and save the planet...all at the same time!

No item is too big or too small, but since this is a Free Exchange list, all items must be 100% FREE. Exchange means our members should post offers and wanteds, not just take offers or ask for wanteds. This only works if everyone participates!

Please take the time to read through the guidelines email that is sent upon joining our list, and once a month thereafter. It will answer many questions you might have about how the list functions and you will be able to avoid many common mistakes.
