Welcome to the official site of the Latin American-Multiethnic Association for Networking and Opportunity (LA-MANO) Inc.
The first Chicano-Latino created and staffed non-profit service organization in South-central Minnesota, LA-MANO provides a wide range of services to the Chicano-Latino and other immigrant and minority communities
in the Mankato area, from advocacy, education
and cultural sensitivity training, to services for crime victims. LA-MANO has also an outreach program directed to the African-American community, and works in several areas with organizations serving other immigrant and minority communities.

This site is open to all members of LA-MANO, Inc., and
to friends, allies, partners and collaborators
interested in issues of concern for the Chicano-Latino as well as other immigrant and minority communities in south-central Minnesota.
We hope that this site will serve to exchange information, post announcements, job opportunities, project ideas, requests for assistance, and all other activities that will help to enhace cooperation and coordination
among the participants of this list.
