Sadguru Swami Sadhanananda Giri says that “Sat” means the only truth – i.e., Bramha, the Absolute, which stays within us as Atma or, the Supreme Self. When, during and after Kriya, our mind becomes calm, breathing becomes soft and ultimately a state of tranquility comes, our mind unifies with Bramha or, the Supreme Self. That is the real “Guru- Sanga” or, “Sat-Sanga”. Let us come across with each other; unify our feelings and mind and place it at the feet of the omnipresent Guru-Satta (The Sublime God / Bramha-pada). Sat-Sanga in the truest sense of the term hints at a state as such and nothing else.
