The Knoxville Argentine Tango Society is located in Knoxville, Tennessee, USA. This is our discussion group used to plan our lessons, practicums, milongas, workshops and interact with fellow members.

To celebrate, encourage and support, all aspects of Argentine Tango in Knoxville Tennessee and the surrounding area, the mission of KATS is to promote Tango by helping to train new dancers, to improve the skills of experienced dancers, and to provide opportunities to dance Tango Argentino.

Practicas are scheduled at the YWCA gym from 4 to 6 pm on these Sundays:
Sunday, July 12: Practica, 4 - 6 pm,
Sunday, July 26: Practica, 4 - 6 pm,
Sunday, August 2: Practica,4 - 5:30 pm, FREE; Membership meeting 5:30 pm

Regular fees apply: $5/members & students; $8/non-members.

August 23: 4 to 6 pm, "Introduction to Tango" and Practica.
Admission is FREE.

Lessons: Lessons will begin again in September, week after Labor Day; info to follow.
