The purpose of "KL NLP Coaching Practice Groups" is for people who are interested or curious about NLP to practice more to gain competency so that they can increase their own resourcefulness and help other people to increase theirs.

There will be many different groups organized by this QuaSyLaTic to help each other to master the skills, and this Community Site is set up to share the various coaching practices to promote more learning among the community of NLP practitioners.

The focus of this sharing is on PRACTICE (not theory or knowledge, which you can read from books or internet) : posting can be a) what did I learn from the practice / coaching session, or b) what new discovery in my design for a NLP practice, c) what questions, towards more indepth learning, arise after practice or NLP design.

This site also attracts many from different countries, who are either curious to learn about NLP and Coaching or they are resource persons like Master NLP Practitioners, MasterCoach who like to share their practices.

From NLP, very quickly, other associated human technologies are included. Such as, Solution-Focus (SF), Emotion Freedom Techniques (EFT), Energy Psychology, Appreciative Inquiry, Positive Deviant.
