Andrew, interesting how you relate EP to the incident at KFC. It's
insightful and opened a new perspective for me. thanks. However, I'm still
not clear how can we deal with this organizationally? My direct question
would be, how could we have avoided this incident at lest from the KFC
employee side? How would you have approach it? This would be a powerful
tool in most service industry I've personally experienced threatening
services from many service counters. HOW COULD WE PROACTIVELY REDUCE SUCH
BEHAVIORS.

My reply .......

As per what you said "This would be a powerful tool in most service
industry ...", yes I am also pleasantly surprised after EP coached more
than 400 cases of all sort of human issues, and since I was from corporate
background, I believe it can make tremendous positive impact to
corporation both on their business performance and individuals realizing
their potentials.

And not only service industry, imagine in chemical, oil and gas or nuclear
industries, suppressed negativities of the organizational members may
bring about reduced safety alertness, thereby contribute towards safety
incidents or safety disasters. Then it is not "Assault" on people, but the
very integrity of the safety system.

You asked:

"HOW COULD WE PROACTIVELY REDUCE SUCH BEHAVIORS."

First I need to share a simple premise, or model, i.e. Iceberg Model,
whereby what we observe as symptoms, or behaviours, or incidents are mere
tips of the iceberg. Beneath the iceberg is the pattern of behaviours and
the very bottom, the beliefs (usually subconscious), values, emotions,
psychology.

EP coaching helps the client to go Within to unveil the pattern of
behaviours, beliefs, emotions, ..etc. and bring about higher
Consciousness.

From my practical experience to hundreds of clients, I package my learning
in 3 training programs, after each training, corporation is to organize
systematic PRACTICING coaching over a period of time, guided and further
coached by me, until they gain mastery.

When the leaders / managers master these tools, they are to unleash the
potentials of their organizational members.

Hence as an example given in the service industry, staff get provoked, and
when the staff have learned to let go of most of their conditioned
negativity through EP coaching, they can remain calm and effectively
handle the situation.

For those curious and interested, I will be happy to meet your management
team to do a preview and DEMO on how EP coaching works.

Cheers
