in my humble opinion I would stick to a "wheel barrow" type wheel and axle-- libre uses the largest axle bolt size I think they are 15 mm-- you will not...

I have had PL 15mm bolts bend & break. These are supplied on the earlier PL with BF's. Barrows had 12 mm Bolts. I build all my buggies now with 20 mm rear axle...
