Re: [Kirsten Andersen Fan Club] I didn't realize this, but yes

He was a child, he couldn't renounce his own citizenship you idiot. Stop
eating up the crap you hear on your youtube videos. I watched it too.

As a natural born citizen, he would have to, as an adult, renounce his
citizenship.

http://travel.state.gov/law/citizenship/citizenship_776.html

SPECIFICALLY NOTE THE FOLLOWING SECTION:

*F. RENUNCIATION FOR MINOR CHILDREN*

Parents cannot renounce U.S. citizenship on behalf of their minor children.
Before an oath of renunciation will be administered under Section 349(a)(5)
of the INA, a person under the age of eighteen must convince a U.S.
diplomatic or consular officer that he/she fully understands the nature and
consequences of the oath of renunciation, is not subject to duress or undue
influence, and is voluntarily seeking to renounce his/her U.S. citizenship.

Got that Aaron? Now quit being an idiot. I've tried telling you a number of
times that this is a stupid non-issue. I've already done the research on
this. I did it back when the same kind of garbage was going around about
McCain. I didn't just listen to some stupid youtube videos and read a few
ultra-biases gossip websites, I DID ACTUAL RESEARCH.
