Please not that it's not the job of moderators to unsubscribe you.

1-You can either edit your membership. Log in to yahoogroups, then you click on "My groups" (on the top right part of the page when on that page: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/kigalilife/)
Then you have the option to leave the group.

NOTE: If emails frequency bother you but you still want to be part of the group, in "edit membership" you can select "daily digest" or "web only".

2-The other method is to send an email to:

kigalilife-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com
Note: you will be sending an email to a robot so no need for explanations ;-)

Those are the two, and the only two methods working to unsubscribe or change your membership.
