Description
The Kidjacked Resource Network is dedicated to the discussion of CPS reform issues, disseminating information and communicating future plans.
This is the place to discuss all issues related to the family, make new friends, share tips and ideas. I occasionally pass along the latest news items of concern to families. Controversial topics are acceptable and encouraged. Attacking individuals for personally held views will not be tolerated.
New members are required to respond to a short questionaire you will receive via email, prior to being permitted to join. Your response is kept on file. If a court officer ever tries to use any statements made to this group, they can be sued.
This is a private network. Your membership WILL NOT be approved until your response is received, in an effort to protect our members. Question #5 MUST be answered, with your name, signifying your agreement. Posts are moderated until the member is vetted, to protect our list as well.
Discussion of: DCFS, CPS, HHHS, FIA, DCF, child abuse, child protection, caseworkers, family court reform, adoption, kinship care, legislation, protests, lawyers, research, case law, foster care, judges, court reform, case law, parental rights, child protection industry, open court laws, confidentiality laws, gag orders, TPR cases and related issues are welcome.
Group members are not lawyers, we are not advocates, we do not give legal advice. We are here to help share resources, the latest news, especially legal information. I know it's hard to resist at times but this is not the place to share the latest jokes. So please refrain. :) |
