Khmer Intelligence (KI) is a non-government organisation whose objective is to collect sensitive information from non-easily accessible sources to help Khmer and foreign observers better follow and understand the situation in Cambodia. For security reasons KI must preserve anonymity for its informants. Information is classified according to five levels of reliability: Official or Semi-official (1), Very reliable (2), Reliable (3), Insistent rumor (4), Rumor (5). Information collected by KI is publicized only through our website www.khmerintelligence.org
