This group is for people interested in reading, writing, publishing, or distributing historical fiction novels and short stories about the Khazar Khaganate as well as other topics in Jewish, Slavic, and Turkic history.
Other topics of discussion are any relevent issues of history, geography, religion or culture, as well as philosophical issues such as the role and responsibility of the historical fiction author.
Discussions regarding genetics and genetic testing should be limited to fall within the framework of historical fiction generally. There are many fine groups dedicated to geneology, but our membership generally prefers to keep the discussion focused on history and historical fiction.
