Following are the Guidelines for posting email/news on KHABOR list server, which will be used in conjunction with the Yahoo Groups Guidelines:

1. Any cross group posting (Message posted from other group) will not be posted.
2. E-mails that conflict the Khabor Group Interests will not be posted.
3. E-mails that denigrate the Khabor Group Members will not be posted.
4. Organizations/groups that do not patronize the KHABOR and/or post its news, their e-mails will not be posted.
5. E-mails that divide the community or create debates, chats, conflicts or confusions among the community members will not be posted.
6. E-mail that does not carry any meaningful information or will not benefit the community at large will not be posted.
7. E-mails that criticize without any suggestions will not be posted.
8. E-mail that contains jokes and/or adult contents will not be posted.
9. E-mail that is more than one page long (unless it is absolutely necessary), with very large attachment(s) or with a lot of pictures will not be posted.
10. E-mail that does not show the sender (author/group) e-mail address will not be posted.
11. Any messages from SPAM folder will not be posted.
