WE MAINTAIN AN OPEN DOOR POLICY TOWARDS ALL LIBERAL PROGRESSIVES REGARDLESS OF PARTY AFFILIATION! This OPEN discussion group is for those Residents within Kern County, California whom have a special interest regarding the 10 Key Values and Platform of the Green Party of California Politics. You do not have to be a registered Green Party member to participate within this group, WE WELCOME ALL those with a special sincere interest in furthering a Liberal Progressive Platform within Greater Bakersfield and throughout Kern County.

We believe in putting our Liberal Philosophy into action, by encouraging change through participation in Social Activities by Actively Supporting Community Based Services Programs that will help to improve the lives of People within the communities in which we live.

THE GREEN PARTY SUPPORTS;

Global Responsibility, Democracy & Election Reform, Economic Reforms Supporting Individuals not Multinational Corporations, Green Ecology & Animal Rights, Civil Rights Equality for ALL, NonViolence & AntiWar, all through Grassroots Action. Our Members do so by volunteering, working for, or financially supporting Organizations which are actively doing the GOOD WORK that our Political Values are founded upon.

WE always value hearing from our members. WE only ask that everyone be respectful of everyone else's values and opinions, especially if they differ from your own. WE Appreciate Respectful DEBATES and DISCUSSIONS of ISSUES of concern that affect our community.
