1. This group is for selling ONLY, in the Greater Kansas City Metro area. If you have something you'd like to barter or trade for, or if you have other services you'd like to advertise, please feel free to join my other groups, http://groups.yahoo.com/group/kcbarter/ , http://groups.yahoo.com/group/kchomebusiness/ and http://groups.yahoo.com/group/kcadvertising/.

2. No buying or selling of animals; please don't list animals, PERIOD. If you have a question about it, please ask.

3. DO NOT sell items you've received from a Freecycle list!

4. Do not try to sell storage devices with media still on it. In most cases, it's illegal. (Examples: A hard drive with software or an operating system still loaded; a USB flash drive with MP3's on it, etc.) When in doubt, send me an email.

5. NO ads for services. I've set up another list for that, but we DO NOT want to be spammed with ads on a daily basis! This list is for selling tangible items only.

6. Do not list garage sales. After the garage sale you are welcome to list specific items that are left over. This group is for selling of tangible items individually, not a place to advertise, as stated in rule 5.

7. Do not list your other groups. This is not a "free-for-all" site; if you'd like to advertise your group somewhere, there are plenty of Yahoo! Groups to do that on.

8. No selling of coupons. It's illegal, and I won't allow it.

9. Do not sell weapons, drugs (prescription, OTC, or other), or any other illegal items on this list. When in doubt, please ask the moderators. You WILL be placed on immediate moderation if you send a post to the group that says "I'm not sure if this is okay, but.." BEFORE asking if it's okay.
