Kayak Polo is a game of passing and blocking similar to basketball and soccer.
-Our version of "polo" is open to anyone who can follow the rules and keep it fun. Testosterone poisoning is not allowed, you will be asked to go play somewhere else.

-No paddling experience is necessary -a couple of our regulars learned how to kayak while playing-. Most first time players are having a good time right from the start.

-The game is played in a wide variety of white water boats. We have some extra equipment available on a first come basis. this is a great and cheap way to learn how to kayak. For beginners, we offer the "Kayak Polo Learning Curve," a patentable learning method unmatched by those expensive commercial establishments -as seen on late night television-. Our method, taught by passionate, conservative and highly dedicated certifiable veteran players, have yet to drown anyone.

- Due to the distracting fun factor, you won't realize until after the game, what a great workout you just experienced without realizing it, mostly until later. It's one of the few great upper-body workouts available as not seen on late-night TV. You don't need to be in great shape to play - as displayed by some of the regular veterans-. Show-up.

REGULAR SEASON; Every Tue, April to October, game begins at 6 p.m. at Marine Park (Fairhaven)

ADDITIONAL GAMES are played via postings on the Web site. Six players are needed for a game. Sunday games start at 10 a.m.
