Welcome to the online home of the Fort Wayne Paddlers, a group of friendly, enthusiastic kayak and canoe paddlers from northeastern Indiana. We welcome all paddlers of any skill level to join us.
We generally paddle Tuesday evenings and most weekends in warmer weather, and occasional weekends once the water gets cold. We paddle rivers, lakes and reservoirs all over northern Indiana –someplace different every week. Anyone can post a trip—just provide time and location you’re planning to put in.
This isn’t a formal club in any sense. No membership dues to pay, no meeting minutes. Just show up and go paddling! (As an added enticement, home-baked cookies frequently appear afterwards.)
If you’d like to build your paddling skills, explore someplace new, or you just enjoy paddling with others, come join us!
