This group endeavours to promote goodwill between the Punjabis separated by the Barbed Wire Border between India and Pakistan. Primarily the group is part of the peaceful movement for Kartarpur Corridor. Corridor means passport/visa-free passage from Indian side to the first shrine of Sikhs namely Kartarpur sahib, Narowal in Pakistan. Kartarpur sahib is a universal shrine revered by all the three communities of the region namely Hindus, Muslims and Sikhs. We have already won half of the peace battle because the Pakistan Govt, in whose territory the proposed Corridor falls, has agreed in principle.
