Yoga has simple philosophy: ‘Mind, Body and Soul are interdependent and are responsible for overall Good Health’. MEDITATION (Dhyan) helps us to deal effectively with the stress. FOOD (Aahaar) works to build us physically, mentally and spiritually. POSTURES (Asanas) promote whole body fitness evoke our inner power. CLEANSING (Shuddhi Kriyas) not only eliminate waste toxins from our body efficiently but also restrain us from the bad habits. BREATHING (Pranayama) controls the flow of vital life force in the body, calms our mind and improves our concentration and confidence.
To practice Yoga and Meditation you need not to be athlete. You don't need expensive equipments or designers drugs. You can be anybody and everybody who is above 12 years of age to practice Yoga. Fight stress related aliments under the guidance of Shri Ambika Yoga Kutir, Thane. The organization was established by Hathyogi Shri Nikam Guruji in the year 1965. It is rendering services to the masses through over 50 branches in various places in Cities and Rural Areas, Government and Semi Government Organizations, Police Departments, Educational Institutes etc . More than 1800 teachers give selfless services to over 25000 Sadhaks at a time. You can be a part of it too…
