the iit alumni mumbai monthly meet for nov05 delves into the technical
causes for flooding in bombay, spelt out by domain experts listed below. at
the end of the participative meeting, we expect to generate an action plan
for the future to prevent any recurrence. and hopefully janta will want to
take up punitive steps against govt servants for dereliction of duty
leading to the 26/7 disaster.
