Right to Information Act, 2005 is one significant legislation to achieve
transparency in governance. It shall promote accountability in the working of
every government officer.

It is the duty of all citizens to get familiarized with the provisions of this
Act and take advantage of the rights codified by law under this Act.
Towards above objective, Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society and Young
Entrepreneurs’ Wing jointly have organized a meeting on
