We are ngos in the name of Akhil Welfare Trust for the physically handicapped
and are located in Borivli (W). We help the disabled in food, clothes,
medicines, employment, arrange marriages and sponsor marriage for them,organise
medical camps, and look after them as much as possible.

Recently we recieved a request for a pco booth from a disabled to be given in
pune. As this is the first time we will be helping someone have a pco to meet
ones livilihood, we would really appreciate your guidance in this matter (like
total cost involved, cost of a architect, any chance of bribery, the best person
to contact, to be assisted with an anti corruption official during the process
and if so who is the person to contact their etc.).
