At Radiophony (www.radiophony.com), we have been working for 4 years to
create tech-based solutions for society. Our software for the severely
physically disabled, eLocutor, is available for free download from our site.
This advertisement-free software for the Windows platform enables persons
with almost no physical movement to use appropriate devices (motion sensors
or sensitive switches) to activate choices (letters, words, phrases,
sentences) that appear on the screen. With a little practice, anyone can
learn to 'type' just about as fast as ordinary users with keyboards.

We are currently working with the NAB in Delhi to train persons with visual
challenges to write computer programs, aimed at developing special tools for
the blind.
