The couruption are due to loopholes in the system.

Pl create one window system for each and every work.

See that the list of documents are give to citizen which are needed to
attach befor giving token no and then application inwarded.

No person should be allowed to meet the officer concerned or clerk
concerned.the difict if any in the application should be informed in
writting and same should be inwarded and given token no.in every case
the date should be given to collect the order,certificate etc.

If he or she is not satisfied their should be appeal and open darbar
held by head of department.

Even after appeal he or she is not satisfied then they should appeal
to higher officer.the officer should give order within one month by
refering to legal people.

If not satisfied than NGO SHOULD TAKE CASE according to merit.
