11.40-12.15 To form a 6 member co-ordination committee (CC), that
will represent the NGO focus group in Public Participation Cell
12.15-1.00 To draft a plan of action for the Focus Group &
Outline the roles and
responsibilities of the selected
co-ordination committee
Notes:
a. The meeting is primarily to select the 6 member co-ordination committee.
Members should be senior people in their organizations who would be
willing to give time and shoulder the responsibilities of this Focus
Group. If you are interested in being one of these members, please
send an email beforehand, and please ensure that you attend the
meeting in person.
b. In order to register for the focus group please fill in the
