Indian Development Foundation will be organising a Citizens' Reach-out Programme on Friday the 29th December 2006 at 4:30 PM at Vimala Dermatological Centre, Versova, Yari Road, Mumbai.

IDF has been organising Citizens' Reach-out Programme during New Year occasion in various places in our country to enable citizens to meet and greet leprosy patients with flowers, sweets, eatables and gifts.    This is considered as an important social event and leprosy patients on this occasion get the feeling of happiness.  Citizens also avail of this opportunity to wish the patients a speedy recovery and a Happy New Year.  This interaction between the citizens and patients had drawn public appreciation for nearly a quarter century now.

A special Musical Orchestra will be performed by the blind persons from M.N.B.Industrial Home for the Blind to entertain the children and the inmates of Vimala Centre during the festive occasion.

This year our students from Empowerment Class `Asha Kiran' will also participate in the event.
