eliminating stress, restoring balance to be followed by a "Watching The
Breath" Meditation

Wednesday, 27 September "CHAKRAS - OUR ENERGY CENTRES" Chakras, the
Energy Vortex in our body, their location, colour and significance, Chakra
Sounds and Toning with Beej Mantras, Releasing Patterns, Damages and Blocks
in Chakras and everyday Chakras Cleansing through Hypnosis to be followed by
a "Chakra Cleansing Meditation".

WEDNESDAY, 4 OCTOBER "POWER OF MIND AND CREATIVE VISUALISATION" Attributes
of Mind - Conscious mind, Subconscious mind, Critical mind, Primitive mind.
Benefits of positive thinking, Results with guided Imagery and Self Healing
to be followed by a Meditation for Clarity, Focus and Goal Accomplishment

WEDNESDAY, 11 OCTOBER "HEALING THE ENVIRONMENT" Restoring the Environment
to wholeness, Healing with Earth Energy, Healing the Planet, Power of
Forgiveness and Blessing people and place to be followed by "Earth
Meditation"

WEDNESDAY, 18 OCTOBER "BENEFITS OF HYPNOTHERAPY" Healing with Hypnosis, an
ancient traditional practice. The non-invasive and non- medicinal approach,
therapeutic alteration to thoughts, emotions and physical body in a
natural and deeply spiritual manner
