visionaries for various positions at Vatavaran Film Festival Directorate.
Location - Delhi

Vatavaran - Environment and Wildlife Film Festival is a concept of Centre for
Media Studies (CMS), New Delhi. Initiated in 2002, the festival has been
applauded as a pioneering effort in field of environment and has now become a
biennial event, promoting the best environment and wildlife film talent in the
country and forging common grounds to showcase environmental films to huge
national audiences. We
have organized three competitive festivals (2002, 2003, 2005) and traveling
festival (2004) in seven cities.


We are planning to organize traveling festival across the country this year and
fourth competitive film festival in 2007.

The responsibilities include Conceptualizing, Planning, Networking, Identifying
Potential Partners and organizing the Festival Events at national and regional
level. Promoting and publicizing the festival in print, electronic media and new
media; Foster good working relationships with media; Developing content for
communicational material like submission forms and guidelines for receiving
entries, website, posters, flyers, advertisements, jingles for radio and promos
for TV, Festival book, websites, etc. and promoting and publicizing the festival
among stakeholders.

Qualification:
If you have interest and experience in any of these activities then do send in
your information. Interested candidates should have either mass
communication/environmental education/event management/fundraising background
with relevant experience of 5-10
