Position: Head - Academics & Innovation

Yuva Parivartan is an initiative of the 78-year-old Kherwadi Social Welfare Association. This fast growing movement creates opportunities for school dropouts and deprived youth to lead productive and socially useful lives, through Livelihood Training. Currently with five centers, we are poised for a leap, which will enable us to reach over 30,000 dropouts through 100 centres, which will be setup over the next 3 years.

To aid us in these expansion plans, we are looking for a Head- Academics & Innovation.

He/she would be responsible for the development, quality and implantation of the training programs. As the chief academic resource, he/she will have to innovate to ensure a high level of training across all centers. He/she would pioneer e learning in our centers.

We are looking for a person, with a keen sense of social responsibility, a graduate with 6 years of work experience in the academic field or 10 years in non-academic field. Excellent administration skills, relationship management skills are essential. The person should have the ability to work independently and should be necessarily hands on.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to use technology effectively are also a prerequisite.
