TSP needs to hire for its Mumbai office a Consultant, who will closely work with the Principal, TSP to drive this social leadership vision and manage day-to-day operations.

 

Educational qualifications: Post Graduate degree, Social Work discipline would be appreciated.

 

Work experience:

 

¨       3-4 years.

¨       It is desirable that the candidate should have a good working knowledge of the development & corporate sector.

¨       The incumbent should be aware of community development issues in the country.

¨       Experience in capacity building and networking skills would be an added advantage.

 

Personal Skill sets / Soft Skills:

 

¨       Hold excellent interpersonal skills, as well as accomplished verbal and written communications skills.

¨       Have a high level of energy and a commitment to excellence as it relates to all of the functional areas under his/her direction and control.

¨       Should be systematic and meticulous in approach and method.

 

Computer knowledge: Working knowledge of computers and specifically, MS word, Excel, Power point.
