The Ethical Business Programme of IRFT aims at encouraging and monitoring
socialy responsible behaviour amongst mainstream businesses in the Indian sub
continent. IRFT provides a congenial atmosphere and we are growing. We now
seek two professionals to join our social audit team as
1. Social Auditor
2. Research Officer

The responsibilities would include undertaking a range of activities including
ethical audits and consultancy, client management, research , training,
advocacy, etc. A long term commitment , ability to interface with other
stakeholders and an openness to travel are essential. so is command on
English and Marathi/ Tamil.

Graduate/ Diloma holders in Engineering/ HR / PM & IR/ Training and
Development referably with Experience in any one of the following consulting,
workplace monitoring and social audits , Training, Industrial Relations would
be ideal .

Since we do not have a provision for accommodation we would prefer candidates
with base in Mumbai .
