New Moon Report
July 1999

Given the astronomical conditions the New Moon will definitely NOT be
visible from Israel on the evening of July 13 while it definitely WILL be
visible on the evening of July 14 (weather permitting) making Rosh Hodesh
(New Moon Day) the evening of July 14th and the day of July 15th. There is
even a possibility that on July 14th the New Moon will be visible a few
minutes BEFORE sunset. Actual reports will be sent out as they come in.
