A VERY INTERESTING IDEA!
Although I've received quite a few emails about it, I've not really looked at this group / idea until I got the below post.
It's probably taken me this long partly because I've found their acronym (GOOOH) to be almost as repellant as fingernails on a blackboard.
(It stands for "Get Out Of Our House")
When I have tried to pronounce it phonetically, (an elongated "goooooo" and then trying to get the "H" sound at the end) it comes out sounding something like a person with a cold trying to loosen and cough up phlegm from the lungs. Yuck.
I've since decided that their intention is....... that it should simply be pronounced as an emphatic "GO" (like a mom repeating an instruction to her recalcitrant child for the third time, while pointing with an outstretched index finger her intended destination for him.)
That said.........
the below post, inspired me to go to their web site and watch a few short (5 min) videos. It was well worth the time.

Paramount definition of a deist is one who believes in a Supreme being but does not believe in ability to interact with such in this life. David Barton -- a fantastic researcher and historian of Early Americana -- has stated he feels both Jefferson and Franklin where the only two true"deists" on the AD1776 congress. I vehemently disagree based on my own research and studies. I feel Jefferson -- while oft quite "unconventional" -- had by far the best grasp on Christian Doctrine, per se! The words in our Scriptures have traveled a lot in their time, over
hostile territory and fair, and we must be very careful how we accept the
meanings. The first thing I noticed as a youth was the great difficulties which
arose over people not having in their heads the same meanings for the same
words. That's a very poor situation in a world chock full of people intent on
twisting meanings completely, even to entire phrases and even speeches!
English is indeed a composite language as are most, but 600 years ago or so as
it began, it was a composite of composites. The troublesome word you bring up
-- as well as the topic of "man's word" -- actually is not nearly as
stringent in meaning as you and unhappily and popularly, have come to believe.
The term "agree" passed on to from Christ actually means more of some
reconciliation than an acquiescence. It would be a foregone give-away were it
to mean a mandate to meet the other fellow’s demands. The idea there, is that
if you find you are dealing with a “ruthless jew type” found in Shakespeare’s
“Merchant of Venice”, it must first be realized you shouldn’t have in the first place! That requires a substantial
overview of the situation at which your
fault began at the beginning and now because of that you might have to make
undesirable compromises about conditions which came along naturally. “Agree”
here is not an absolute, but one of those choices of evils and you are part to
blame for the evils now to be faced to meet in
agreement! Doesn’t mean “give in” but means try to think of the smallest
conciliations you can get away with and still not be heavily wrecked! There is
a lot of this sort of encouragement to
reason, in Scripture and many lessons are on precluding having to face
such crises! There IS a tie in here
to the situation we find ourselves in, with pirates believing THEY SHOULD HAVE COME TO
OVERLOARD AND RULE US AS SUBJECTS/SLAVES! Remember Christ told us to be a slave to no Man!
Remember Bret, the problems we face today primarily arose
out of two integrally tied institutions which became infiltrated until infested
by Men who perverted the meanings of well established words and phrases. The

usage is among the first things we must reach agreement on if we are to agree

Is your god the same one as my God?
That's what sense your statement makes. Everyone has different ideas in their heads about one thing or another and no one can agree anymore on facts because those facts are interpreted differently from what the founding fathers meant. What they meant was written into the Federalist papers and nobody wants to read up on that anymore, they just decide on their own what passages from the Constitution mean and there is where we all get into trouble.
We should be more interested in what that parchment says than worrying about what is or is not or where upon it is any inscription. The inscription is there but the COIN IS A FRAUD.
Demand that CONgress mint money in ONLY gold and silver and not just COLORED coins.

Check out the intent of the founding fathers, the majority of whom were Deists and FreeMasons, as to WHICH GOD they were refering to and you might not want THEIR 'In God We Trust' on anything you have. Their God is not our Creator God.

The lawmaking body’s own construction of its language, by means of definitions of the term employed, should be followed in the interpretation of the act or section to which it relates and is intended to apply.1 By the same token, the courts should not enlarge statutory definitions so as to include a situation or a condition which it might be assumed the legislature would have covered by an enlarged definition if its existence had been contemplated.2 A statutory definition supersedes the common-law,3 colloquial,4 commonly accepted, dictionary or judicial definition.5 In this regard, where statute itself contains a definition of a word used therein, the definition controls, however contrary to the ordinary meaning of the word it may be,6 and the term may not be given

Nearly half of western Europeans believe jews exploit their 'past
persecution' in order to extort money, a new Israeli report says.
The report, which the Jewish Agency conducted jointly with Israel's Information and Diaspora Ministry,
found that 42 percent of those polled by the University
of Bielefeld in Germany agreed
that "jews exploit the past to extort money," Haaretz reported on Monday.
The countries in which the highest percentage of the population agreed with
that statement were Poland
and Spain.
There were more anti-Israeli incidents in 2009 than in any year since World War
II, according to the annual Jewish Agency report released January 24.
During the first three months of 2009, immediately following Israel's three-week
offensive in the Gaza Strip, there were as many “anti-Semitic”
incidents recorded as there had been for the entire year of 2008.
"With the start of the operation, a wave of acts of anti-Semitism started
across the world," the report said, referring to last winter's Operation
Cast Lead, during which over 1,400 Palestinians were killed.
At the press conference in which the report was released, officials also
referred to a film that accuses Israel
of stealing human organs at the field hospital set up by the Israel Defense
Forces in Haiti.
The Jewish Agency is in charge of immigration and the absorption of jews coming

Concludes Ticket Quotas Exist The auditor for the West Virginia state legislature concluded
that the state police use ticket quotas.
The West
Virginia Legislative Auditor announced yesterday that a performance review of
the West Virginia State Police found significant evidence that the agency
imposes traffic ticket quotas to boost the number of citations issued. Nearly a
third of all troopers involved in patrol duties statewide told the auditors
that troopers are punished if they failed to generate a specified number of
citations each month. In Troop 4, one of the six surveyed, 55 percent of the
law enforcement officers admitted that they were under a ticket quota. The
auditor confirmed this admission with documents, including a September 12, 2005
memo from Troop 4 commanders that ordered supervisors to impose a quota.
"Effective immediately anyone who does not have 100 min. contacts in the
highlighted areas [should be given an] EPA-2 [performance appraisal] at the end
of the month, or before if you see they aren't producing," the handwritten
memo stated.
The emphasis on contacts in effect directed patrols away from rural areas and
onto the highest volume roads to issue as many speeding tickets as possible.
"Here is the deal on our activity; a murder investigation is worth one
point, so is one citation, so if they want numbers up, they tell you to go out
and write citations," a trooper told the state auditors. "It all
looks good on the outside. My (goal) a month is fifty contacts. Other troops
are requiring 100 contacts."
This concern was supported by statistics that showed the number of
investigations and arrests for misdemeanors and felonies remained relatively
static from 2003 to 2006. Over the same period, however, traffic citations grew
sharply year after year (page 25). Despite the increase in ticketing, the rate
of fatal road accidents did not change significantly.
"We are in constant stress of not having enough 'contacts' for the
month," a trooper wrote. "Numbers are stressed over criminal work.
It's difficult to follow-up on investigations when you are constantly in fear
of not having enough 'contacts' for the month."
Troopers who failed to keep their numbers high faced serious punishment that
affected both their salary and quality of life. In Troops 4 and 5, those who
did not issue 100 tickets received verbal counseling, negative performance
appraisals, had their work schedules changed or were transferred involuntarily.
The report pointed out that this procedure is not only unwise, it is unlawful.
"The Legislative Auditor is concerned that 20 percent of WVSP field
troopers surveyed stated that the WVSP is using trooper relocation as a
disciplinary tool," the report stated. "The Legislative Auditor is of
the opinion that this belief is prevalent enough that it may be having a
negative effect on field trooper morale. This practice, if occurring, is in
violation of West Virginia Code Section 15-2-20 which states that 'A transfer
may not be made as a disciplinary measure.'"
The auditors also slammed state police officials for trying to insist that the
agency has no statewide policy
imposing a ticket quota. These policies, the auditors suggested, are imposed in
the form of "expectations for performance" that vary in different sections
of the state. These expectations, in the public view, are the same as a ticket
quota, which undermines public confidence in the state police force. The
auditor recommended that the agency begin an internal investigation into the
possibly illegal transfer of troopers. The report also recommended that
officials review existing policies.

My
book about the Original 13th amendment entitled "Star Strangled
Conspiracy" hasn’t yet generated the interest I had hoped. So, I
thought I would share with you some new information that can not be found on
the Internet and that was discovered by myself in the hope of sparking an
renewed interest in this matter.
According
to a letter from James Monroe, dated May 5, 1816, the federal government knew
that the newer states would need to be included in the vote on the amendment.
By 1821, those states were Louisiana, Indiana, Illinois, Mississippi, and Missouri.
Yet
the State Department never sent out letters or a circular to the governors of
the newer states asking for their legislative position on the amendment.
It
was, is, and always has been the U.S. governments administrative
policy and practice to contact the several states "in writing",
requesting their legislative position on an amendment to the federal
Constitution that was proposed by congress.
So,
why was this not done?
In
an 1817 resolution from Congress to President Monroe, requesting the number of
states that had ratified the Original 13th amendment, Congress did
not ask for the newer states to be included.
In
January of 1818, the Secretary of State, John Quincy Adams only sent out
letters to Virginia, Connecticut,
and South Carolina.
He did not send out letters to the newer states.
By
1846 when most everyone was dead or out of power, it was cited that it had not
been adopted by a sufficient number of the several states.
It
was a well-orchestrated conspiracy to stop the amendment from becoming law.
How
can a state legislature vote on an amendment proposed to the federal
Constitution by Congress, if they are not formally requested to do so ‘in
writing" by Congress or the Secretary of State?
Further,
prior to and after the ratification debacle of the Original 13th
amendment, Virginia
had never failed to respond to a proposed amendment to the federal Constitution
by Congress.
Why
are we being led to believe that they fail to respond to this, and only this
amendment, when in fact, they published it as law under an Act of their General
Assembly in 1819, after receiving a letter from the Secretary of State
requesting their legislative position on the matter.
It
was common at that time for states to include the Original 13th
amendment as part of the federal Constitution due to it being included in the
1815 laws of the United States, but not as an Act of it’s General
Assembly. That’s what made Virginia’s
response official.
Why
did the 1811 and 1812 legislative manuscripts of Virginia, and only Virginia,
end up in the Library of the British
Museum after the war of 1812? Why hasn’t anyone examined these records?
Why
can’t we find a single copy of the 1821 Laws of the United States?
I’m
telling you from my exhaustive research into this matter, that a conspiracy
prevailed.
At
the very least, Congress and the people need to be made aware that the
government failed to include the newer states.

US mercenary 'abducted in Iraq' 06 Feb

is believed to have been kidnapped in Iraq after an armed group released
a video showing a man being held captive. The video was released by a group
calling itself Asaib Ahl al-Haq, or the League of the Righteous, just hours

defence department said that 60-year-old Issa T Salomi had been missing since
January 23. In the video, which runs less than two minutes, he read the group's
demands for the release of detainees who had "resisted occupation"
and "never been involved in any serious crime against their fellow

One of the less-reported events this weekend was the not so secret central banker meeting that is taking place in Sidney Australia. Now that factual details are finally emerging it is appropriate to collect some information tidbits about this shindig which has some claiming is reminiscent of a modern day version of the Jekyll Island meeting. From the Sydney Morning Herald.
CENTRAL bankers are an unobtrusive breed by nature and necessity. So it might have escaped the attention of many that Sydney is playing host to a meeting of some of the world's top money men and women to celebrate the 50th birthday of the Reserve Bank of Australia.
However, a secretive gala dinner at the Art Gallery of NSW to mark the event last night attracted a who's who of Australia's political and business world.
Past treasurers included Peter Costello, John Dawkins, John Kerin and Ralph Willis. And, of course, the RBA was well represented, with governor Glenn Stevens and former governors Ian Macfarlane and Bernie Fraser in attendance.
Around 7.15pm, John Howard and his wife Janette arrived, almost at the exact time as Mr Costello, from the other side of the entrance. The pair met, shook hands, and offered a polite ''Good to see you'' before moving up the stairs.
The visit by central bankers includes the president of the European Central Bank, Jean-Claude Trichet, the presidents of the Federal Reserve Banks of San Francisco and New York, Janet Yellen and William Dudley, the governor of the People's Bank of China, Zhou Xiaochuan, the governor of the Bank of Israel, Stanley Fischer, and New Zealand's Reserve Bank governor, Alan Bollard. Last night, some of these bankers were spotted being bussed from their meeting venue at the Sheraton on the Park Hotel to the Art Gallery. The event was held in the Grand Court, which seats up to 350 people.
They drank champagne before looking at artworks and sitting down for dinner entertained by a jazz trio.
The visit by the central bankers comes as world markets fear a second wave of financial stress if the Greek government defaults on its debts. There is also talk the stresses could lead to a break up of the European Union's common currency, the euro.
The low profile of the meeting is also a matter of design. Security is tight and the location of events a closely guarded secret.
Today's meetings will kick off with a session to discuss a paper co-authored by Mr Stevens on the challenges facing central banks. Mr Macfarlane will chair a second session on the financial sector, and the day will conclude with a discussion led by Ross Garnaut on supply side issues.
Last night's dinner came after meetings at the Sheraton between Mr Stevens, Mr Trichet and Mr Bollard.
So, does the health of the world's bankers reflect the ailing global market? A NSW Ambulance waited outside the Art Gallery all night just in case.
Sydney - Central bankers are to meet in Australia's biggest city for two days of talks as plunging stock markets renew fears of a slow and patchy recovery from the global financial crisis, Sydney's Herald Sun reported Saturday. The paper said representatives from 24 central banks, including the US Federal Reserve and the European Central Bank, are to assemble Sunday and Monday in an undisclosed location.
The organizer of the meeting is the Bank for International Settlements rather than the Australian government, which would help explain why secrecy prevails.
The governors of the People's Bank of China, the Bank of Japan and the Reserve Bank of India are said to be on the guest list.
The gathering, arranged last year, takes place against a background of world share markets reeling from fears that governments, not just companies, may have difficulty with their balance sheets.
"It's been a long time since we have seen really serious sovereign risk in developed economies," Gerard Minack, the head of brokerage Morgan Stanley's Australian operations, told the public broadcaster ABC. "We don't have a lot of history to go by, at least in the modern era."
Minack said the concern was not just about Greece, Spain and other southern European countries - the so called Club Med - but about other economies.
"We are now seeing it spread around the ring of fire that surrounds core Europe," he said. "I mean, Eastern Europe looks terrible. We know already there are concerns about the Spanish, the Italians, possibly the Japanese."
It is surprising that two critical concurrent meetings as a G7 event in the Arctic circle would take place while half a world away, both in latitude and longitude, those very countries' central bankers were meeting at the same time. Of course, that events in Europe, the end of QE in England, the imminent end of QE in the US, and the sudden and much hated by central bankers resurgence of the dollar are happening at the same time is merely a coincidence.

Since that day our bumbling boy wonder stole the office of president some have wondered about the ulterior purposes behind this administration and all it's nefarious doings. They have not been alone in this mini-quest. Part of the dilemma for anyone who truly wants to understand these actions and re-actions, within the circles of power and greed is that 'nothing they do' seems to make any logical sense.
Ordinary criminal schemes are usually easy to decipher. Money trails can be found and their telltale tracks followed, to whatever may have been the point of such an effort. But this 'super-plan' for domination includes the complete destruction of most or all that matters - in or to the civilized world - and none of it makes sense.
The litanies of the theft of everything constitutional have been well documented. The voracious greed of the warlords, while perhaps less clearly delineated, are finally taking shape: At least as to which countries are now being targeted, even when it remains unclear as to why those countries might now find themselves in that position. In addition to the above we also have the destruction of the entire system of social programs, the welfare of the states, the counties and the cities of the United States - as well as the total isolation of all the citizens of this country - inside a massive shroud of secrecy and fear.
In addition to all of this, the Bush Crime Family has targeted the viability of the environment, the supply of clean water, the fertility of the soil, and the breathablity of the air itself - as though they somehow will not have to suffer the same consequences as the rest of the human race - once their policies begin to destroy all possibility for life on this planet.
Where's the sense - where's the profit in all the artificial fear, all the hate and all the aggression? Recently they've begun to destroy the very instruments of dialogue and discussion. In their haste to attack Iraq they destroyed the Atlantic Alliance, did major damage to the United Nations, and managed to severely wound the NATO alliance. How can they hope to triumph against such a background of belligerence and destruction? What's left to crush or threaten once we've finished declaring ourselves to be the Supreme Rulers of the World?
It turns out that most of the above has only been a side-show, an 'introductory video' of what will happen to the United States and to all its citizens if we should fail to comply with every command on the Bushwhacker's hit list of rights to be taken, property to be stolen, or dreams to be denied. It seems there is a plan beneath all this after all.
This little nightmare was brought to us by Nixon's creation of something called FEMA, The Federal Emergency Management Agency. And over the years each consecutive president has contributed to it's continuing health and viability - until we got to '41,' bullyboy's daddy. GWH Bush saw to it that this weapon against the people was armed and ready - the only thing not in place was a sufficient excuse to implement it.
What exactly is FEMA, in terms of its powers, once it is activated?
"EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months."
To facilitate the onset of civil unrest in the United States, a number of actions by the executive branch of government have been undertaken with the complicity and collusion of both the congress and the courts, under the direction of a loosely defined coalition of the eager - that involves both the USA and a faction of extremists within the government of Israel. All of this is being financed by you and I - through the monetary choices we have allowed this government to make, since the ascension of the Bush Crime Family to their executive posts in Washington D.C.
To understand how this was possible one needs to go back in time to a little known but extremely important occurrence that reshaped our country in 1871. The changes created by the "Act of 1871" altered the words "The Constitution for the United States of America - to read:
"THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA."
This latter form is the corporate constitution, and it operates in an economic capacity that was designed to deceive us into thinking that "it is the same parchment that was meant to govern the Republic. Once the differences are understood, between a Corporate Charter and a civil Constitution, it becomes clear that what serves the corporation, may often work against the people of the civil society. This action killed the Republic created by our revolution, and replaced our charter with a corporate democracy - and that is exactly what is playing out in history as it's being written today.
When one combines the "Act of 1871" with the 'rights of personhood' granted to the Corporations in an 1886 Supreme Court decision (that freed American corporations from individual responsibility for their actions) that act completely revised the intent and purposes behind the original Constitution "for" the people of the United States of America. Taken together these two major alterations became the basis for our two-tiered system of both law and life. Americans are now trying to cope - as second-class supplicants to the corporations that now rule our lives. Add to this the introduction of our defacto dictator, George Walker Bush, crown-prince-in- waiting for the title of Leader-of-the-World - and one can easily see that we are just one hair's breath short of complete and outright slavery.
The amazing thing about these facts is how few people are even remotely aware of their existence - not to mention the above historical precedents that have become the bedrock of America, as we now know it.
Americans since 911 have been traumatized by the shock of unfolding events. As such we could be said to resemble a patient who has been in a coma for an extended period of time. IF we ever learn what happened to us, we will awake from that coma in a rage of righteous anger. Anger that while we were defenseless - the government has metaphorically 'been having its way with us.' Figuratively we've been raped and sodomized, used and abused at will by this government to flesh out their fantasies of world domination - at the expense of everything we thought our lives were made of.
The Bush Crime family has been secretly and voraciously devouring the critical funding for everything from schools and medicine to infrastructure and the 'privatization' of social security. The willful destruction of social programs, coupled with an economically irresponsible foreign policy of continual and unnecessary wars; plus a 'reorganization' of the entire federal government through implementation of the HOMELAND Security Act that has obviously - all been created to bring this nation to the brink of economic collapse. This brings us back to the original question - "Why are we doing this?"
The answer is beyond ugly. The goal it seems is to get us to relinquish all our rights - to the government - to "protect us from all the evil in the world." The actual problem is that all the evil resides in the compacts that have been forged between the Cabal in Washington and the thugs in Tel Aviv, under the international cover of 'fighting terror on a global scale.'
Once the next 911 happens, the nation will be put on condition RED, and then we'll have PATRIOT II by executive order. This will unleash FEMA to do what it was designed to do - which is to round us all up, strip us of anything anyone in government might want, and throw the rest of us away. This will be courtesy of that secretive black-ops shadow government known as FEMA - that rising curse that gives shape to all the nightmares that Bush wants each of us to fear. This terrifying new world will exceed all natural bonds, and will even surpass our innate wish to remain a viably free and prosperous society. Once FEMA has the reins in it's slavering jaws, there will be no going back, no governmental oversight, no review of events, or of transgressions - we will be absorbed into a monolithic morass that serves the corporations and only the corporations for only as long as we may be useful to their purposes. All else will be discarded or recycled into something useful to the new powers that will replace what used-to-be the United States in America. Life as we have known it will cease to exist!
The only question now is "Will we ever awaken from our self-imposed comas?"

It appears that few people in the world - including in this country - want a war against Iraq. It appears that only those in the United States federal government and behind it - including England's Blair and of course Israel - want war, as they will profit mightily for every life destroyed. These minions of the devil will clear billions in profits during every day attacks are made against Iraq, just as they have for the past twelve years.
Demonstrations are mounting in occurrence and strength against a war. I personally know of no people who support a war, nor do I think that I will meet any even partially informed man or woman who supports the killing of perhaps millions for oil and allows Israel to rampage unimpeded against the people of Palestine.
I think the only Americans outside of government that support attacking Iraq still don't know we entered World War II based on a huge lie and that Korea, Vietnam, and the Gulf War were based on lies. Each was manufactured in order that the federal government could increase its control over the people while oil, pharmaceuticals, munitions interests, and others involved in defense contracting could make huge sums of money.
It mattered not to these people how many other human beings were slaughtered uselessly. Plus, there is this irrefutable fact - not even bona fide wars have resulted in world peace. Each just seemed to lead to another as the controllers strived to establish control over the people. The intent is to establish We the People as "human resources" for the fraudulently applied US Government Corporation regulations - regulations that are meant only to apply within the District of Columbia and factual jurisdictional areas of this corporate government.
Thus, if we wish to evolve as human beings with our rights fully protected, we must recognize that wars are not the answer, particularly as they displace what is rightfully ours - equality and liberty. They are profit-making tools of the already filthy rich and of those who think of themselves as Controllers of mankind.
These profit and human control directed people also happen to either be in leading official positions of the federal government or in control of those who are in leading official positions. So, we must ask - just who is the boss?
We have an illegitimate president that believes he is a dictator. The reality is that he has no law making authority whether we are in a declared war or not. He is merely the head of the corporation know as the UNITED STATES.
He also has no authority to send troops - whether in the military or any of the many black ops conducted by the US Government - to other countries when lacking either a congressional declaration of war or a Letter of Reprisal.
He also has no authority to use the military or other armed federal agents in the many states of this country. The states themselves and the people making them up are outside the jurisdiction of the federal government. Please understand that this use is an uprising against bona fide government. The people protesting such are not engaging in insurrection - corporate Government officials are.
It is clearly stated that only Congress may declare war. To reiterate, this means that without a declaration of war identifying the enemy and exactly why war is declared in "defense" of this country, the president and Congress may not act.
And - as stated above - never are federal agents supposed to be within the many states taking actions meant to coerce compliance of free people to regulations that only apply within the US Government's jurisdiction.
The president cannot issue executive orders as law, nor can Congress give him the authority to. He may boss around his subordinates in the corporation he heads, such as secretaries and appointed lapdags, but even they are not permitted to violate the authority given government entities in the original American united states Constitution.
Is it so hard to understand that an executive order accepted as law is also an acceptance of the president as a sovereign monarch - or a dictator in the case of the current occupant of the White House? And that such regulations do not - regardless of circumstances - extend past the jurisdiction of the US Government Corporation.
"The United States Government is a foreign corporation with respect to a state." Volume 20: Corpus Juris Secundum, (P 1785: NY re: Merriam 36 N.E. 505 1441 S.Ct. 1973, 41 L. Ed. 287)
And we have this decision - one of many - that makes US jurisdiction clear:
"The laws of Congress in respect to those matters do not extend into the territorial limits of the states, but have force only in the District of Columbia, and other places that are within the exclusive jurisdiction of the national government." Catha v United States, 152 US, at 215
Thus, applying executive orders and statutes made by Congress within the states are repugnant to the organic Constitution and the laws of God. Only the people have the power to change the Constitution that applies to the people and the true United States of America and no man has the authority to change the laws of our creator. Any changes are actually done through terrorism.
This means that all executive orders ever issued and supported by Congress and enforced by federal enforcers of laws, have resulted in each and every one of them committing treason against the people of the union of states. Or, they are acts of war against the constitutional union of states.
This is extremely important. It must be adhered to that the people are sovereign to all levels of government whether those in government like it or not, and whether these treasonous officials forcing compliance to laws repugnant to our unalienable rights like it or not.
Maybe we should be doing as they do - force compliance through arms if nothing else works - and to date nothing else has worked. But, of course, that is a distasteful solution - distasteful but still within our rights as human beings and possibly a duty. Our forefathers sure thought it was a duty.
We currently have a situation in which the people are speaking out clearly. If hundreds of thousands demonstrating all across this land do not carry more weight that a few polls conducted by a mainstream media that is told what to print - even the lies - then it is time to take those to task that are committing treason.
The entire administration under the Bush Regime should be tried and convicted for treason, and the world court allowed to try them for war crimes. The first two impeached for treason should be the president and vice-president who have from day one ignored their oaths of office and did everything they could get away with to destroy the unalienable rights of the people and reject the people's and state's rights.
Every one of these people that have spoken out and pushed others in government or forced others in government to follow their lead are traitors to this union of states. And likewise those who force compliance are traitors while such officials as Traficant and Wellstone who would not follow were silenced - one by trumped up charges and removal from Congress and the other by removal from Congress by death.
Government officials - who no doubt think of themselves as "great" men and women - have passed unconstitutional laws that essentially void the original Constitution and remove all rights of the individual. They then use force to enforce these "laws".
They may think they are great but the truth is they are no good stinking dirty rotten traitors. They commit treason every time they allow their regulations to be applied unconstitutionally to the free non-franchised men and women within the states. They rely on their deceits being believed by the people and armed enforcers coercing compliance by those who know and understand liberty.
We have already seen that lies led to the crap being bombed out of Afghanistan, with thousands of innocent people killed who had not harmed even one American man or woman. And, what was the result?
Well, Afghanis are still being killed and now Unocal has its pipeline being built and guarded by American people. But, has the US Government's man - and the accused - bin Laden been brought to justice?
Not no, but hell no. If he exists, he is still free possibly living at the taxpayers' expense. If he doesn't exist, he was a government fabrication. Certainly the evidence shows he did not carry out the attack on New York. And never could he have carried out the alleged - but yet unproved - "attack" on US Government buildings, the most heavily guarded area in the world.
Furthermore, the lies that led to Afghanistan have also resulted in the federal government creating alleged "laws" that intend to completely deprive Americans of their God-given rights. That was the intent as the US Anti-Patriot Act and Homeland Security provisions were written long before the Bushitas gained full control of the executive and war -making branch of government.
Will it be any different with Iraq, even if the corporate Congress does declare war against it? The only result of such a military action will be that Bush and his bunch of bandits will get control over Iraq's oil fields, while hiding the atrocities by Sharon against Palestine. And, of course, removing the oil supplying contracts that Russia and China already have with Iraq.
These are their goals - along with establishing plenary control over their livestock, meaning we people. That is why they are desperately lying in order to build support for their criminal acts. If Americans seem to support the Bushitas, then those who know the truth will be considered dissidents, conspiracy theorists, and terrorists that should be put away.
Have we forgotten that Iraq had not threatened this country in the first Bush's war? Have we forgotten that a constitutional Congress did not declare war against Iraq in 1991, that therefore the US Government committed war crimes by the thousands against people innocent of any crime against this union of states? And that treason was further committed by the draconian measures taken against our liberty?
Once again war is not declared against Iraq because there is absolutely no basis to declare war. Bush knows it and Congress knows it. In fact, the whole sleazy bunch is just interested in protecting their jobs and/or making billions from another false war.
How often does this same scenario have to be played out before those doing the dying and crying wake up?
I am praying that the majority of people do wake up and realize this is our country, that the US Government does not own our states or us, that "our" Constitution has been usurped while "theirs" - their corporation charter so to speak - has been forced upon us.
There are surely enough on the Internet learning the truth about the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT CORPORATION (created on February 21, 1871 by the Forty-First Congress, Section 34, Session III, chapters 61 and 62: "An Act To Provide A Government for the District of Columbia". This is also known as the "Act of 1871".
This is reflected in U.S. Code, Title 28 - JUDICIARY AND JUDICIAL PROCEDURE, (Chapter 176) Section 3002 (15) (a, b, & c); which states that ~
(15) "United States" means - (A) a Federal corporation; (B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; (C) an instrumentality of the United States
Surely millions now know the authority of the president and the Congress does not extend to the many states. Surely millions know the bunch of primarily Republican - and largely Bush controlled - Supreme Court appointees committed treason against the constitutional union of states when they placed the current Bush in the White House by interfering with Florida's laws.
One would also hope that millions are learning that most politicians currently holding office are interested only in keeping their jobs and their party in power, as that is how they profit the greatest. That is the job of those in corporations. No wonder it appears as if the two major parties are really one - they just trade off as the "party select" of the US Government and its controllers at any given time - but still remain part of the corporate US Government.
I would also hope that those in the military are beginning to realize the falsehoods that lead them to being placed in harm's way by the greedy and traitorous US Government in command of them.
I suppose a percentage - I hope a low percentage - delight in blasting people's bodies apart so they will do whatever this fraudulent government tells them, even if it is killing us in order to disarm us. These genuine "killers" are perfect tools of the corporate government as they are more than willing to defend the mayhem this corporation always creates.
Speaking of mayhem, have we forgotten that no plans ever instituted by the feds to correct deplorable situations have ever worked - at least in regard to the people? The only plans that have worked are those that increase the fortunes of those in control.
The people are left holding the bag, whether it is in lives lost, lives ruined, property stolen, and the people in other countries suffering the same. Such is the case when one lives under a crooked corporation's regulations.
It is plain that most politicians are idiots except when it comes to how to best serve themselves at the expense of other human beings. Or possibly it should be stated that that is how it appears. Many say one thing but in the end what they say never materializes - unless it serves their selfish purposes. So, maybe they aren't idiots - just traitors.
At any rate, People, we must - if we are to be free ever again of government restraints and the practice of killing innocent people by the US Government and our STATE and local corporate governments - realize that those in the various levels of government, including the president, are not our bosses.
They never have been - such "power" has been forced upon us by TERRORISTIC measures used against us since the establishment of the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT CORPORATION in 1871.
Yes, that is correct. Forced compliance to unconstitutional laws that have resulted in changing the government and the relation between the sovereignty of the people and those elected to preserve the sovereignty of the people and this country are acts of terrorism by the fraudulent - as far as the union of states is concerned - US Government.
Thus, not only should those in government who support these acts - including those in your local governments - be tried for treason, they should also be tried for war crimes and terrorism in the international court of the United Nations. This is just a note to think about but check out the UN Charter. Your property taken without due process - including property tax - violates the charter, as do all corporate officials infringing on your rights.
So, here's the deal as this American sees it. It will be against the wishes of the people, the Constitution, and against the laws of God if the US Government attacks Iraq. Iraq has not harmed us - it has only deprived American oil interests of profits by giving contracts for oil to Russia and China.
Thus, it will be the corporation government - the US Government - ordering the slaughter of hundreds of thousands of innocent human beings for the profits of a few. That is criminal and treasonous no matter how you slice it.
And don't any warmongers give me that crap that one can expect civilian casualties in wars, that defenseless men, women, and children are just "collateral damage" that is perfectly acceptable. The slaughter of innocent people is never acceptable, nor will it ever be. It is just a very evil tool used by governments to force another government to surrender.
Thus, those in the government condoning such slaughter of Iraqi innocents will be traitors and conspirators in murder, terrorism, theft, extortion, and probably will violate a plethora of laws made by Congress, laws we have seen that are actually regulations meant to control the US Government itself and those within its jurisdictional geographic areas.
The lies must not be tolerated this time - those who would subvert our rights and the actual Constitution by exceeding their authority must be brought to task.
In 1915, Emma Goldman, Russian-born anarchist, called on people "…not yet overcome by war madness to raise their voice of protest, to call the attention of the people to the crime and outrage which are about to be perpetrated on them."
How true this is yet today. If we do otherwise the world will "enjoy" the worst blood bath ever while these criminals against righteousness will haul in the profits by the trainload -and what little freedom remains to the American people will be lost.
Just as a footnote: Bush and his fellow conspirators - particularly that Rumsfeld guy and Bush's good lying buddy Fleischer - are now threatening the Joints Chiefs of Staff with treason if they don't back him. This just goes to show that Bush knows no more about treason than he does about the Constitution, his actual duty to the American people, his and the military's Oath to uphold the original Constitution for the united states of America, and the unalienable rights of the people.

A scandal involving members of Sen. Charles Schumer's staff - working for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee - who fraudulently obtained credit information on Maryland's Republican lieutenant governor, demonstrates why the anti-gun senator's invasive gun control schemes cannot be trusted, the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms (CCRKBA) said today.
The scandal has been quietly unfolding for weeks, but the mainstream press has largely ignored the story. CCRKBA Chairman Alan Gottlieb believes that biased news organizations are once again giving a gun control extremist what amounts to a "free pass" over an outrage that hardly surprises gun owners.
"Schumer has denied any knowledge about the activities of his research director Katie Barge and staffer Laura Weiner, who reportedly used the Social Security number of Lt. Gov. Michael Steele in an attempt to find something politically damaging to him," Gottlieb said. "Mr. Schumer should be held to the same standard of accountability for the acts of his underlings as was President Richard Nixon more than 30 years ago, for the Watergate plumber's scandal. That Barge and Weiner have quit is irrelevant.
"The more important issue," Gottlieb continued, "is that this story reveals how irresponsible Schumer's people would be with the kind of information the senator has wanted to amass on gun owners over the years through his invasive gun control schemes. Schumer has backed all kinds of intrusive legislation that would require law-abiding Americans to surrender their privacy just to exercise a Constitutionally-protected civil right.
"Thanks to the Maryland scandal," Gottlieb observed, "American gun owners now realize what Schumer's minions could, and would, do with such details on gun-owning citizens. We now have good reason to be suspicious of any gun control mandates that include disclosure of a person's Social Security number and other personal information on purchase forms to be used ostensibly just to clear the National Instant Check System; the kind of information Schumer wants the government to retain.
"Americans have every right to be concerned," Gottlieb concluded, "that anti-gunners of Schumer's ilk, including those on his payroll, would use whatever means available to dig up dirt on gun owners, just to find some reason why they should not be allowed to own firearms. Schumer has yet to apologize for the conduct of his subordinates, but then again, self-righteous demagogues usually don't."
Across the political spectrum, the American people are registering shock over the Kelo vs. New London decision just handed up by The Supreme Court. It baffles them that a person's property can be taken and given to someone else more favored by the government. It strikes at our fundamental sense of fairness. It also strikes at our constitutional presumption that all are equal before the law.
Like everything else, Kelo has some history. Private property rights have been under siege since the advent of zoning laws. The first zoning laws were passed by the City of San Francisco to keep the Chinese out of certain neighborhoods. For that, they were declared unconstitutional but later passed muster when, supposedly, applied for the purpose of community improvement. Before anyone makes up his mind about zoning laws, realize that they are an uncompensated expropriation of property rights. Land owners were no longer permitted to use their parcels for their own betterment, economic or personal. That was the first step.
The Fifth Amendment states, in part, "nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation." Public use traditionally meant for bridges, roads, dams, public buildings and other projects to be used by the general public. Private property was where the citizen could tell the government, "Here and no further."
But for the past several decades, local governments, often hard-pressed for revenue, have tried to expand the scope of purposes for which they may seize private property. Municipal and state governments have proposed and argued that they should be entitled to seize property and turn it over to other private parties for development and consequent increased tax bases and revenues. Kelo vs. New London is the culmination of that battle and is a slam dunk victory for government and a blow to private citizens' property rights.
Zoning laws and the Kelo decision, while superficially separate, are, in fact, inextricably linked. Property rights can be viewed as a quiver of arrows, each arrow being a specific property right. When government limits what you can do with your property through zoning laws and land use regulations, it has taken some of those arrows or property rights and without compensation. As zoning and law use regulations increase, the number of arrows decrease, until you have almost none. Kelo just takes one of the very last arrows. If government can take one, why can't it take all of them?
Property seizures for community improvement began during the 1950s when buildings were razed, wholesale, to make way for housing projects. In New York City, thoroughly serviceable buildings met bulldozers and wrecking balls as old neighborhoods of single homes and apartment buildings that had existed and housed blue collar families for decades, were replaced by high rise mortar and brick monuments of faceless Stalinist architecture.
This all accelerated in the 1960s under Lyndon Johnson's Great Society's Urban Renewal. So much housing for the poor was leveled to make way for the new projects that "Urban Renewal" came to be called "Negro Removal." Combined with an explosion of welfare resulting in people with nothing to do, drugs and prostitution gradually became the enterprises of many industrious residents. Blight became the norm across the country. The Bronx became so bad that people compared it, unfavorably, to Berlin after the War.
As conditions deteriorated in many cities, the middle class fled, leaving behind poverty holes with little in the way of a tax base. City planners came up with the idea of offering abandoned or distressed properties to companies that would come and build plants and offices. Tax benefits were also being offered. The companies would help with employment and increase the tax bases, a dual benefit.
Then city planners came up with the next idea. Why wait for properties to be abandoned or distressed? Just take them away from current owners and give them to other prospective owners who also would offer a higher tax base. The idea took root primarily in the old industrialized cities of states such as Michigan, Ohio and Connecticut but also Alabama.
City officials would try to declare areas "blighted" as an excuse to condemn them for their favored projects. Certainly, some of them were blighted, but not all of them. Many were simply older areas, neat and clean but not upscale, bypassed for middle class suburbs.
The Kelo case is typical. New London was once a thriving port and whaling town in the eastern part of Connecticut. The home of the Coast Guard Academy, the setting on the Connecticut River could hardly be more picturesque but it fell on hard times and, in spite of the success of two nearby Indian casinos, it still has not recovered its past luster.
The Fort Trumbull section of New London, while it could never be mistaken for Rodeo Drive, could never be mistaken for blighted either. Clapboard homes are the typical utilitarian and neat structures of a particular period. Neighborhoods such as these from other eras have, often, become attractive and interesting for architectural students. One could easily see it becoming a destination for chic Bohemians, like the lofts of Soho.
But Fort Trumbull was unsatisfactory for New London's officials. The residents had the audacity to be from lower tax brackets and their homes were not expensive enough. So City officials got together with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and embarked upon a course of action to condemn the area to build a plant and offices with possibly other businesses.
The residents didn't agree with the idea, some of the homes having been in their families for generations. They fought the move all the way to The United States Supreme Court and now have lost. If Pfizer had done this with another private party, they would have been prosecuted for conspiracy to commit extortion.
This country was founded upon the principle that government is the protector of our freedoms. Government has become the vehicle for the destruction. The courts, supposedly our final guardians, have lined up against the people.
Although Kelo is a setback for liberty, there is far more at stake than property rights. From across the political spectrum, our leaders should be appalled but Democrats and Republicans have been largely silent which should tell you something. The only outcries have been from the Libertarians and Constitutionalists.
The lesson is that government is never satisfied with a little power. No matter how small or insignificant in the beginning, it will be used as a wedge for more. Roads, licensing, public education, parks, insurance regulations, environmental and civil rights legislation, have all become excuses to invade our lives and destroy our rights. They start as concerns for the people's well being and wind up as weapons against them.
Where does this stop? Benjamin Franklin said that those who would trade freedom for security deserve and get neither. Want the security of zoning laws? Then be prepared to be evicted.
Barry Goldwater warned that a government powerful enough to give you everything, is powerful enough to take it all away.

When a government goes bankrupt, it loses its sovereignty. I read the article from the listed url and saw another article about lynching
obama. lynching is the illegal act of hanging someone. I would never accept this
as a way to get rid of this person I believe to be a criminal and a traitor. I
would perfer to see him tried for his crimes against the constitution and the
people of this nation and then legally hung.
weigh the facts we know to be true and he would be found guilty of violating his
path of office, weigh the facts we believe to be true and he has committed
treason as what qualifies as a spy. If he is not a natural born citizen as so
many issues indicate he has already committed a felony as being an elected
senator.
Why would anyone spend the estimated one point seven million dollars to prevent
his birth certificate and other possible facts from comming to light if he were
not hiding something? this action proves to me that he has committed a fraud and
makes his oath of office void.
It also makes his choice for vice president void, he was not qualified to make
that choice to begin with if the facts of his birth are correct as the
suppressed documents may indicate.
The procedure required for his swearing in can have no force or effect if he was
not qualified to take the office to begin with. therefore those that claim it is
now too late because he has taken the oath are incorrect, his oath is invalid as
much as his presidency is a crime against the constitution. those that support
his presidency are as guilty of the treason he has commited, if the suppressed
documents are in fact true, they become guilty as conspirators after the fact.

The fact is there is not a single person in elected office following the

office their position and authority in that office is terminated instantly upon

If it is a true fact that Obama went to europe and stated "the united states is
not a christian nation" he has ignored the supremen court ruling in the trinity
decision of 1892 that is still in full force and effect that ruled this is a
chrisitian nation by fact of the founding documents declaring it to be so.
failure to enforce that ruling is a violation of his oath because that was a
constitutional decision and has never been challenged. to uphold the
constitution as his oath requires he must uphold the legal rulings of the
supreme court. Ignoring those rulings is not upholding the constitution and he
has violated his oath.

I have verifiable absolute proof of judicial crimes and have never been able to

seven judges have committed criminal acts against me in open court and nobody

Thanks for posting this. I am glad someone is digging. I had all of this sort of
information many years ago and spent about five years collecting it, then it was
all destroyed and I didn't have the resources to reconstruct what was lost, so
now I write from memory. I was hooked on doing research back about 1983,
everything I had read, documented, copied and made numerous notes on was
completely destroyed in a fire.

I agree that we should try Obama for treason... along with every senator, congressman and judge. All of them have committed treason. Corruption is like leavening... even a tiny bit will leaven millions of loaves.
A grand jury comprised of We The People (not citizens) have the power and authority to try and convict the Federal treasonist.
I also believe Public hangings for the convicted treasonist are in order and lawful.

I read the article from the listed url and saw another article about lynching obama. lynching is the illegal act of hanging someone. I would never accept this as a way to get rid of this person I believe to be a criminal and a traitor. I would perfer to see him tried for his crimes against the constitution and the people of this nation and then legally hung.
weigh the facts we know to be true and he would be found guilty of violating his path of office, weigh the facts we believe to be true and he has committed treason as what qualifies as a spy. If he is not a natural born citizen as so many issues indicate he has already committed a felony as being an elected senator.
Why would anyone spend the estimated one point seven million dollars to prevent his birth certificate and other possible facts from comming to light if he were not hiding something? this action proves to me that he has committed a fraud and makes his oath of office void.
It also makes his choice for vice president void, he was not qualified to make that choice to begin with if the facts of his birth are correct as the suppressed documents may indicate.
The procedure required for his swearing in can have no force or effect if he was not qualified to take the office to begin with. therefore those that claim it is now too late because he has taken the oath are incorrect, his oath is invalid as much as his presidency is a crime against the constitution. those that support his presidency are as guilty of the treason he has commited, if the suppressed documents are in fact true, they become guilty as conspirators after the fact. their duty is to prove he is qualified or remove him from office and try him for his crimes.
The fact is there is not a single person in elected office following the constitution in this matter. making them all guilty for condoning his crimes. it amounts to a general resignation of the entire government for failure to uphold and enforce the constitution as their oath requires.
Under the laws of this nation, if an elected official violates their oath of office their position and authority in that office is terminated instantly upon the occurrance of the violation. Anyone in eleccted office that has failed to bring the appropriate charges against him is violating their oath of office. It is their sworn duty to uphold and enforcen the constitution, failure to do so is the violation of their oath.
If it is a true fact that Obama went to europe and stated "the united states is not a christian nation" he has ignored the supremen court ruling in the trinity decision of 1892 that is still in full force and effect that ruled this is a chrisitian nation by fact of the founding documents declaring it to be so. failure to enforce that ruling is a violation of his oath because that was a constitutional decision and has never been challenged. to uphold the constitution as his oath requires he must uphold the legal rulings of the supreme court. Ignoring those rulings is not upholding the constitution and he has violated his oath.

Since that day our bumbling boy wonder stole the office of president some have wondered about the ulterior purposes behind this administration and all it's nefarious doings. They have not been alone in this mini-quest. Part of the dilemma for anyone who truly wants to understand these actions and re-actions, within the circles of power and greed is that 'nothing they do' seems to make any logical sense. 
The Bush Crime family has been secretly and voraciously devouring the critical funding for everything from schools and medicine to infrastructure and the 'privatization' of social security. The willful destruction of social programs, coupled with an economically irresponsible foreign policy of continual and unnecessary wars; plus a 'reorganization' of the entire federal government through implementation of the HOMELAND Security Act that has obviously - all been created to bring this nation to the brink of economic collapse. This brings us back to the original question - "Why are we doing this?"
