Gennie Rodriquez (owner) accepts a congratulatory hug from fur clad Ms.Rosemary Vinci,(ALSO A FELON)who was the campaign mgr for Santiago and Tremont CDC board president and self described business advisor for La Copa. - Ms. Vinci conducted a meeting >in the Clark Metro neighborhood, on La Copa's behalf< failing to recognize the Clark Metro CDC. >A direct opposition <to the BOZA directive, had CMDC encroached on Tremont CDC in such a manner, lawsuits would have prevailed. Ray Sadik and possible Mgr(denied ownership due to legal infractions) left corner greets guests. Ohio City's Connie Hardy (Santiago staffer) right joins in the celebration. Congratulations! Niteclubs prevail under Coucilman Santiago and his new vision for the Clark Metro/Ward 14 Community.Note; La Copa was cited frequently, (as the community feared and anticipated). The original owners decided to relinquish the business but were unable to sell.
