This is the companion site to our JLT Training Facebook group. This is a low volume (with occasional bursts of high activity) group that focuses on Junior Leader Training and leadership development for youth aged 11-18. Many resources can be found in the files section. Interested organizations and individuals typically are members of groups like Scouting, school leadership classes, 4-H, and so forth.
