As a lot of people know, the second Wednesday after a book's release
is when an author can get their sales numbers via Bookscan, as well
as find out whether the Bestseller Lists have smiled upon him/her.

So, what's the news on AT GRAVE'S END?

Bookscan reported a 25% increase in sales as compared to my last book
(and can I just say, in this shitty economy, with the book releasing
right after the holidays when I know me and everyone else was
broke...25% increase?? Readers, you RULE!)

And the bestseller lists:


# 51 on the USA Today bestseller list

# 11 on the New York Times bestseller list


I'll say it again - readers, YOU RULE!! I completely did not expect
the increase in sales, and as far as the bestseller lists, there were
a lot of amazing books released at the same time as mine, not to
mention the mega-bestsellers that've been on the lists for months.
Even my publisher wasn't sure my third book would hit in this market,
so for it hit so high made them - and me - overjoyed.

In fact, my editor told me that AT GRAVE'S END is already going into
its second printing just ten days after its release. I about fell on
the floor at that news.
