This is a group to discuss, share, and communicate about Rainbow Gatherings in the beautiful land of Japan.

The Japan gathering will be this year 2009 at 13 stone circle, a sacred place for the indigenous people Ainu, in Nioi Biratori-cho, Hokkaido, the most northern island of Japan. The exact location will be announced just before the gathering starts.

Seed camp starts April 25

The Consensus is that the ideas of this gathering are based on the ideas of the rainbow gathering, living without the need for leaders, money relations or modern conveniences. We gather to share, learn, celebrate, and experience in harmony with love, respect, and peace to each other and nature, our mother earth. Based on them, we don't have any name for this coming gathering that we temporarily call it in this group as the Hokkaido gathering, and you may want to name it, too.
