J.A.I.L. is located in all fifty states, and four foreign countries. For those interested in working for judicial accountability in your state, you need to request to become a JAILer. By becoming a JAILer, you will be kept up-to-date internally on our our nationwide progress, and may participate in a moderated exchange between other JAILers throughout the nation. To become a JAILer, write to VictoryUSA@jail4judges and request to become a JAILer. We will need you to provide the name you wish to be identified by, your state, the county in which you live. We can then properly refer you to the JIC (JAILer-In-Chief) in your state.

They will then assign you to your County Warden (your local J.A.I.L leader). Should there be no J.A.I.L. Warden in your county, you are welcome to petition your JIC to fill that position, which if granted, will allow you to appoint all subordinate J.A.I.L. leadership positions under you within your county. Further, you have the option of wearing identifier captain's bars on your collar.

From the position of Warden (captain), you are welcome to seek further promotions up the line in your state. There are twenty ranks up the line within the J.A.I.L. organization. (See our National J.A.I.L. Constitution & By-Laws on www.jail4judges.org for these position and what they entail.)
