by Bay Area Rapid Transit POLICE
("BART" police)
officer Johannes Mesherle
on New Year's Day 2009 at 2 am.

Mehserle stayed obtusely silent about the shooting for 2 weeks, then abruptly resigned. He was arrested in the State of Nevada as a "Fugitive", made bail and is now FREE.

The PEOPLE is not pacified with canning away... ONE racist bastard to protect the Rank & File, and diffuse public attention away from the THIRD lethal shooting of unarmed, innocent Men of Color by BART Police !
