The owner of the group assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information shared in this group. The aim of the group is to help those who may benefit from the experiences of those who already obtained their waivers or currently are in that process.

Please note that physicians that acquire J-1 visa for graduate medical education in the US are not eligible for waiver based on "No Objection" statement from their home country. Therefore, they have to obtain their waivers based on one of the the four remaining categories, which we do not discuss in this group.
