That makes a lot of sense to me. I was wondering were thye marine unit exhausted the hot air. So now to find a competent AC tech. Thanks Peter

Most house A/C units use a fan to air cool the hot gases.  The marine A/C units use water for cooling.  ________________________________ From: Peter

Thanks for clarifying that. So my question is why does the unit pump water through the system and out of the side through hull fitting. So much to learn.

I was under the impression the AC/heat unit took the cooling as well as the heat from the water and the unit does not have any freon. The unit is called
