*Public Rally on 16th October from Shivaji Nagar to Sadashiv Peth*



Dear Friends,



This is a special invitation for your participation and solidarity to make
16th October World Food Day a memorable event. This year citizens and civil
society groups as well as NGOs are organizing a Public Rally from CPS
Ashram, behind PMT Deport Tanaji Wadi, Shivajit Nagar to Sadasive Peth (3
km). The rally will have traditional dress, tableaux, traditional songs,
cycles, vehicles etc.



The rally will begin at 9.30 and expected end at 11.30. Hundreds of youth,
rural population is expected to participate. We like to know whether your
organization will be able to participate in the program so that we can
mention the name of the organization in the leaflets as well as to the
public. If yes inform us through email before Monday.



If you team is coming please come with banners, posters displaying FOOD
Rights as well as SAY NO to GM Food placards. Placards also will be provided
by CYDA.



Please reach at the starting venue by 9.am on 16th October 2008
