WE, the local, national, and international participants to the first International Solidarity Conference on Mindanao (ISCM) – with the theme Building Bridges of Solidarity for the Bangsamoro Peoples’ Struggle for Right to Self-Determination – after having committed to the promotion of peace in Mindanao, the Philippines, and in other conflict-affected countries in the world agree to create a sustaining International Solidarity Conference on Mindanao as an international group that will work for the advancement and genuine implementation of the peace process between the Government of the Republic of the Philippines (GRP) and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).
