This list is used for members of a worldwide book club which is currently reading adult fiction of various kinds from various periods of time. We choose only
titles that are available in paperback editions.
The IBC is not interested in having members who plan to use the club as a place to sell their, or others', publications.
Past books include-Silk, A Yellow Raft in Blue Water, and The Christmas Quilt.
Some of the books that we read in 2007 are The Secret History of the Pink Carnation by Lauren Willig, The Memory Keeper's Daughter by Kim Edwards, The Circus in Winter by Cathy Day, and The Twelth Transforming by Pauline Gedge.
In 2008 we read The Spirit of Sweetgrass by Seitz, The Keep by Jennifer Egan, and Under a Marble Sky by John Shors, and Anansi Boys by Neil Gaiman.
In 2009 we have read The Magician's Assistant by Ann Patchett, Out Stealing Horses by Per Petterson, The Shack by William P. Young, and The Friday Night Knitting Club by Kate Jacobs.
