Guilt of a crime is a reason for police action, but the police action must only
be against the one who is guilty of a crime. It is a tactic of tyranny to plant
agent provocateurs among peaceful law abiding citizens to justify violating
civil rights. Police action against a group, because of the actions of an
individual is like arresting someone for being black
 
All law enforcement personnel swear an oath to support and defend The United
States Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. In order to uphold
that oath it is necessary to ACTUALLY READ The United States Constitution. This
study should begin with the first ten amendments; which is also known as the
"Bill of Rights". The United States Constitution is the highest law of our land.
 
Freedom of speech, and the right of the people peaceably to assemble are found
in the First Amendment:  
 

Amendment 1 - Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or
prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of
the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the
Government for a redress of grievances.
 
The initiation of violent force against peaceful law abiding citizens is a
violation of the highest law of our land. It is not possible to enforce the law
while violating the highest law of our land.
 
In addition to the legal and moral considerations, there is a practical
consideration.
Law enforcement makes their job more difficult by creating adversaries from
among peaceful law abiding citizens. Court cases, adverse publicity, and
resistance to the unlawful actions should not be created.

The "straw grabbing" contrivance is now to claim that he blocked traffic. The
jack boots chose to block traffic by illegally detaining a law abiding citizen.
