Innovative Homeschool Support Group (IHSG) serves members in Ventura, California, and surrounding communities. IHSG is an inclusive, eclectic support group dedicated to providing meaningful experiences for our children and support for one another in this marvelous adventure of living and learning. We are not a political or religious organization, nor are we a school or ISP.

We have weekly park days, monthly field trips, classes, potlucks, summer beach days, an annual camping trip, a science fair and many more activities. We also have a lending library and a curriculum exchange day. These are just some of the many ways we support our members.

The purpose of this Yahoo Group is to circulate and organize information regarding our many activities. In order to keep the number of messages to a minimum, only moderators are able to post. As a member, please feel free to send any announcements, etc. to a moderator for posting.

We also have a Yahoo Group for conversations, which you will be invited to once you join this group.

Dues are $15 a year per family, renewed annually in month of joining.
