This group explores the complex dynamics of bullying from every angle... ultimately, people will treat us the way we treat ourselves, and if we want the outer bullies to stop, we have to have the courage to ask where in our lives, do we bully ourselves? ...and learn to tame our inner bully.

Bullying is society's problem and it is down to all of us to understand and address the issue. It is unfair to expect individuals (even schools, teams or workplaces) to know what to do, or how to begin addressing this huge issue which, ultimately, is a symptom of the stress in our crazy society. Bullying is only a symptom of a sick society.

This group is open to everyone who is interested in exploring the deeper issues and underlying dynamics, and sharing initiatives for successfully addressing the issue.
