Our mission is to support incarcerated men and women by helping their voice be heard. It is our intent to recruit individuals that will be committed to writing letters for these men and women that are in dire need of receiving humane treatment, medical or otherwise. Alerts will be posted with the relative contact information. Your time and dedication are greatly appreciated. A letter on behalf of a prisoner can save a life. A thoughtful card to the inmate can raise the spirits. UNITED WE STAND!
In Estelle v. Gamble, 429 U.S. 97 (1976), the Supreme Court held that "deliberate indifference to serious medical needs of prisoners constitutes the 'unnecessary and wanton infliction of pain,' proscribed by the Eighth Amendment."
"REMEMBER THOSE IN PRISON AS THOUGH YOU WERE THEIR FELLOW PRISONERS, AND THOSE THAT ARE MISTREATED AS IF YOU YOURSELVES WERE SUFFERING." HEBREWS: 13:3
