Dave and all, The hummer is expected, the woodpecker is pretty good, especially for the date -- Hairy's are quite rare in the lowlands. Garrett and Dunn report

Hidden Valley Wildlife Area
All, I saw a male and female Black-chinned Hummingbird today at Hidden Valley. Since I don't get there too often I'm not sure if that's unusual or not. Also
