Goes further than ever before, cites Northwoods, Gulf of Tonkin, NORAD stand down, staged war provocations

Former Minnesota Governor, actor and wrestling star Jesse Ventura has publicly questioned the official version of events behind 9/11 and gone further than ever before in citing Operation Northwoods and the Gulf of Tonkin as examples of how the government has planned and carried out staged war provocations in the past.

Ventura has temporarily left his Baja Mexico surfing lifestyle to lend support to Texas gubernatorial candidate Kinky Friedman. At a press conference yesterday Ventura said that the Republicans and Democrats were "destroying our country" and its political process. Sporting a beard and dreadlocks, the former Vietnam veteran also criticized the Iraq war.

Alex Jones and his film crew were able to set up a last minute interview with Ventura at a San Antonio restaurant after his appearance before a packed house at the University of Texas.

Ventura first stated that he had many unanswered questions about 9/11. The former Governor cited Operation Northwoods, a 1963 Joint Chiefs of Staff plan to stage terror attacks and kill American citizens to start a war with Cuba, as an example of how the U.S. government wanted to kill its own people and blame it on foreign enemies to justify war. Ventura found it painful, having dutifully served himself, that elements within the government would go to such barbaric and deceitful lengths to con its own populace into supporting militarism.

Ventura then raised the issue of the Gulf of Tonkin, citing recently released declassified information confirming that American ships were never attacked and the incident was manufactured in order to provide the entree to the Vietnam war. This was particularly unpalatable for Ventura because he joined as a Navy Seal on September 11 1969, fought in Vietnam and lost many friends there.

Ventura asked that if the U.S. government were prepared to stage such a gargantuan historical event in terms of its significance in leading a nation to war then, why they would they refrain from doing so again today?

Ventura also highlighted 9/11 itself in contrasting the lax response of NORAD air defense to the four commercial airliners on 9/11 compared with the immediate interception of golfer Payne Stewart's Lear Jet in October 1999.

Ventura said that the argument that Americans should give up liberty in exchange for security in the war on terror was horrible and that government should never be trusted. He encouraged Americans to be skeptical of anything the government claims in light of their past duplicity.

Ventura seemed visibly upset during the interview, calling the American public apathetic, seemingly wanting to say more, and openly stated the possibility that he would be targeted by the government for his dissent on 9/11 and the Iraq war.

Ventura had previously aired his skepticism of the official version of events on Jay Leno and elaborated on a 2004 radio show but the former Governor went further than ever before during this interview.

CENTCOM Sergeant Details Traitorous Stand Down Orders On 9/11
Military whistleblower comes forward with key information

Alex Jones was joined on air yesterday by a former Sergeant in the United States Army named Lauro "LJ" Chavez. Chavez was stationed at MacDill AFB where he claims he witnessed unusual preparations for a potential airplane hitting the base on the morning of 9/11 and distinctly heard officers talking about a stand down. This has led him to go public in questioning the NORAD stand down and the demolition of the twin towers.

In a letter that first appeared on the 9/11 Veterans For Truth Website, Sergeant Lauro "LJ" Chavez responds to a Cincinnati Post hit piece article by outlining his own doubts about the official version of 9/11 and his personal experiences of the strange prelude to the events of that morning.

Despite early (and healthy) reactions claiming this may be a hoax designed to poison the well of the 9/11 truth movement, Sergeant Chavez has now provided us with evidence of his credentials, his honorable discharge documents showing the military installations he was located inside. The last station he held was inside United States Central Command in Tampa - the pdf can be viewed here.

Mr chavez was quick to point out that he does not have all the answers, but does have what he feels is vital information regarding the events of 9/11:

''I'm in no way in a position to tell people that 'this is the official story so believe me', no, I want to give people the information so they can go away and look for themselves and formulate a logical decision with all the evidence." chavez said.

Mr Chavez worked within CENTCOM, one of the five American regional unified commands consisting of Marines, Navy and air force officers. CENTCOM's area of jurisdiction is in the Middle East, East Africa and Central Asia. CENTCOM has been the main American presence in many military operations, including the Persian Gulf War, the United States war in Afghanistan, and the 2003 invasion of Iraq. Chavez was stationed at CENTCOM's headquarters at MacDill AFB, in Tampa, Florida. His commanding officer was Four Star General Tommy Franks.

Chavez worked in the J6 department that was in charge of all the computer systems, the network backbone of CENTCOM. Chavez ran a team of six soldiers on the helpdesk network side. He was personally responsible for the maintenance of commanding officers computers, including General Tommy Franks. He has letters of recommendation from Franks and even went to Franks' house to work on his computers.

Chavez described how the military has a ring of computer networks according to different security clearance levels. Chavez worked only with systems classified as top secret or higher.

On the morning before 9/11 Chavez was in the Secure Compartmented Information Facility, the secure bunker at the base of CENTCOM HQ which is populated by high ranking military intelligence personnel. This is a facility that requires a top secret gamma clearance. Inside are systems that can monitor weather systems and flight paths of all aircraft within the country.

That day he was involved with supporting computer equipment being used in the Vigilant Guardian exercise and another exercise based in Egypt. On this day Chavez got to see information that he wasn't supposed to see.

"I was working on psyops commander's computer and next to his PC was a top secret document that was open, his neglect was my ally, I was sitting there working on his computer and was waiting for some passes to download and I look over and I'm reading the document, and it's the off order for the exercise that they are participating in."

This raises major questions because normally wargames or exercises are not classified as top secret as it is a requirement to let some information be public, especially if the exercise is taking place in a populated area.

Chavez continued:

"So I'm reading this document and it's giving proposed situations for scenarios for this wargame the scenarios include a hijacked plane, most of them were hijacked planes, I saw one that was like a car bomb trying to blow up something, but one of them was a hijacked plane crashing into a nuclear power plant in California, the Sears Tower, the World Trade Center, The Pentagon obviously, the White House, our building was one of the targets as well."

Chavez went on to describe how CENTCOM HQ was being heavily fortified the day before 9/11 and access to the base was restricted to top secret personnel only. This ties in with a declaration of Martial Law by Jeb Bush two days previously throughout the entirety of Florida.

Chavez also described how during the exercises the aerospace grid with "enemy" blips on it has to be piped in to the air traffic controllers of all the airports in the affected area so they know there is a military exercise going on. This ties in with the released NORAD/NEADS and FAA tapes and accounts that are riddled with references to the drills and exercises taking place on 9/11.

Chavez described the plot as "genius" and stated:

"If you want to crash planes into a building, and you've got the aerospace grid at your beckoning call, so you put a bunch of blips on it so no one knows which ones are real and which ones are fake... All you have to do is have someone in charge of the computer systems to put the blips on the screen and then you can do whatever you want."

Chavez proceeded to detail the key discussions that he heard inside the bunker on the day of 9/11:

"I didn't get to see tower one hit, I was in there talking with individuals and i was tired, I'd been there since four in the morning. Then all of a sudden everybody started hustling and bustling. it was like NASA when Apollo 13 was about to crash, everybody running around, and then they put it on the big screen, CNN with the tower on fire.

Then we see the other plane come in and hit it and at that point everybody is standing up. The air force had commanders in contact with NORAD. The plane, or whatever, hit the Pentagon and then we were like 'Why aren't they scrambling jets?' We were asking, there was eight or nine people... Colonels and Lieutenant Colonels asking the Lieutenant Colonel in charge of the air force 'why isn't NORAD scrambling jets? and he said 'we received an order to stand down''. And that just perplexed everybody."

Mr Chavez did not know the Lieutenant Colonel and so does not know his name, yet if he can be identified, then we have uncovered a direct link to the stand down order. If that man or any others who were present at CENTCOM on 9/11 can be identified and made to testify under oath, then the whole cover operation could be blown. A real independent investigation would have secured this.

Mr Chavez has since been informed that the computer company he now works for, as information security manager, has been receiving threatening phone calls demanding his dismissal. In a sit-down video interview recorded on Monday night, former Minnesota Governor, pro-wrestling star and actor Jesse Ventura told radio host Alex Jones he found it very disturbing in light of what happened on 9/11 that the U.S. government had once planned to "attack certain cities within the United States," as a pretext for war.

Ventura was in Texas doing media events in support of independent Texas gubernatorial candidate Kinky Friedman. In this explosive interview Ventura sounds off on a number of controversial subjects and the direction in which America is heading.

"In the early sixties the Pentagon had an operation called Operation Northwoods and it never came to reality but it was on the table that our military would attack certain cities within the United States and make it look like Cuba did it to justify an invasion of Cuba," said Ventura.

"It never happened but just the simple fact that they contemplated it and it was actually on the table in the Pentagon I find that just very disturbing - that they would even consider using our military to try to justify an invasion of another country."

Ventura, a former Navy Seal, then cited the Gulf of Tonkin cover-up as an example of how false provocations are staged by governments to lead nations into war.

"It was very disappointing to believe in your country that they would lie to you to get into a war - that they would perpetrate a lie and that the media would go along with it - it's a real eye opener and you realize that if they would do it in the sixties they'll do it again - and if it works once it will work again - government very much operates that way," said Ventura.

Ventura said that shortly after he found out the truth behind the Gulf of Tonkin, Robert McNamara paid a visit to Harvard where Ventura was teaching and he had to be "locked up in a room" so that he wouldn't confront McNamara.

Ventura questioned the interception and tracking of Payne Stewart's Lear Jet in October 1999 and compared the incident to the total lack of air defense response on 9/11.

"Where were our planes - when all of this was going on....to my knowledge at no time did we have any fighter planes up in the air - why?"

Citing cover-ups that led to the Vietnam war and the JFK assassination, Ventura stated that it was not "beyond reason to not at least consider that the government certainly would do things like that."

Ventura said that it was via his 25-year research of the Kennedy assassination that he came to learn about the Gulf of Tonkin and Operation Northwoods.

"I don't believe for one minute the Warren Commission," said Ventura, asking that if the assassination represented the actions of Lee Harvey Oswald alone why would the information pertaining to it have to be kept secret under national security for 20 years.

"I've been to Dealy Plaza and I don't think he could make the shot," said Ventura, "it was a difficult shot with a target going away from you and dropping and not only that - he had to shoot through a tree."

Ventura said the fact that Oswald was never proven guilty in court of law itself proves he was simply convicted by public and government opinion.

"There's no definitive evidence that he did it in my opinion," concluded Ventura.

Ventura was asked if an exchange of liberty for security was a reasonable price to pay and responded by highlighting the Bush administration's mishandling of the Hurricane Katrina crisis in New Orleans.

"The country can't protect you - you have to protect yourself," said Ventura.

"They had two weeks to prepare for that and couldn't save anybody - how are they going to save you from a terrorist attack," said Ventura, "I don't buy that we're any more safe than we were prior to 9/11."

"It was very interesting that Richard Nixon had the 82nd Airborne in there when the hurricane hit back in the seventies within 24 hours and yet this President didn't do a thing for eight days."

"For people who say well you can't blame President Bush - yes I fully blame him for the hurricane," said Ventura.

"Every time the government tells you they're going to protect you be prepared because you're going to lose your rights," said Ventura, saying that he would prefer dealing with terrorism rather than accepting an erosion of personal liberty.

"These were also the same people that told us there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq - so take it with a grain of salt - they were wrong once they could be wrong again."

Ventura said the Democrats and Republicans were destroying the election process and allowing the elections "fall victim to a system of bribery," but blamed the American people for sharing an apathy that means they don't get involved and don't care beyond their own lives. He was also cynical that another investigation of 9/11 would achieve anything.

"Has there ever been a real investigation?," asked Ventura.

Qualifying himself in saying everything was not a conspiracy, Ventura later dismissed the possibility that Senator Paul Wellstone was killed as a result of his plane being sabotaged as "bullsh***t."

However, Ventura was adamant that Americans should never trust their government because "the government is people" and comprises a cross section of society.

Just over a year ago the U.S. State Department issued a press release on its website that sought to debunk alleged "conspiracy theories" and help people identify misinformation. One of those "urban myths" was the illegal trade in the sale of organs. There is no truth to the rumor that the State Department was able to accurately verify the existence of the Tooth Fairy and Santa Claus.

The practice of the despotic Communist Chinese government coordinating a policy whereby political dissidents, peaceful religious practitioners and the homeless are rounded up, kept in prisons, and butchered upon the whim of a rich westerner requiring a new kidney has been known for years.

A new undercover BBC report only further confirms this ghoulish affront to human dignity and goes further in revealing that organs are particularly plentiful during the holiday season - because there are more public executions from which victim's organs are harvested.

The State Department classifies the existence of an illegal trade that murders people for their organs as "unfounded fears."

I demand the State Department retract its ridiculous denial of the existence of the illegal organ trade and remove every page which trashes truth activists as urban myth progenitors. You should do the same by e mailing them. The real protagonist of urban myths is the State Department itself - well versed in its role as government apologist in chief, and central in the promulgation of another "urban myth," the existence of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.

China is hailed as a world role model by the UN and pontificating scumbags in business suits graciously applaud its economic success while the country's communist tyrants craft policies of brutally enforced sterilization, relocation and abortion. And when Chinese dissidents in the US attempt to blow the whistle on these Mengele-style practices, they are vilified by the American media, the so-called watchdogs of the "land of the free."

More like land of the cowards, home of the slaves.

While Americans get fat and obsess about Paris Hilton's DUI, their government openly writes legislation authorizing the sexual molestation and torture of children.

Meanwhile, infuriated Chinese peasant farmers in the south revolt against the brutal PLA armed with nothing more than spades and garden forks.

Shame on America - we thought the entrenched legacy established by the founding fathers would never be displaced in the eyes of history but the past two generations of U.S. citizens are doing their level best to ensure the country will be defined by its populace of gutless sheep who have about as much backbone as a dead jellyfish.

But don't expect China to be kicked out of the UN - that oh so benevolent organization is too busy giving "cultural diversity" awards to brutal dictators who like to boil innocent people alive.

Chinese dissidents need to rise up, organize and form a united front against their mass murdering hereditary dictatorship government or sell their own children into slavery for generations to come. They need to enact a Thai-style coup and politically decapitate their oppressors even at the risk of a 21st century Tiananmen Square.

The tree of liberty needs to be occasionally watered by the blood of patriots. I challenge the Chinese people to throw off the illusory chains these human worms have shackled upon you and be remembered in eternity for standing up for what matters.

Bush Given Authority To Sexually Torture American Children
The "horror of the shrieking boys" gets a rubber stamp from the boot-licking U.S. Congress & Senate as America officially becomes a dictatorship

Slamming the final nail in the coffin of everything America used to stand for, the boot-licking U.S. Senate last night gave President Bush the legal authority to abduct and sexually mutilate American citizens and American children in the name of the war on terror.

There is nothing in the "detainee" legislation that protects American citizens from being kidnapped by their own government and tortured.

Yale Law Professor Bruce Ackerman states in the L.A. Times, "The compromise legislation....authorizes the president to seize American citizens as enemy combatants, even if they have never left the United States. And once thrown into military prison, they cannot expect a trial by their peers or any other of the normal protections of the Bill of Rights."

Similarly, law Professor Marty Lederman explains: "this [subsection (ii) of the definition of 'unlawful enemy combatant'] means that if the Pentagon says you're an unlawful enemy combatant -- using whatever criteria they wish -- then as far as Congress, and U.S. law, is concerned, you are one, whether or not you have had any connection to 'hostilities' at all."

We have established that the bill allows the President to define American citizens as enemy combatants. Now let's take it one step further.

Before this article is dismissed as another extremist hyperbolic rant, please take a few minutes out of your day to check for yourself the claim that Bush now has not only the legal authority but the active blessings of his own advisors to torture American children.

The backdrop of the Bush administration's push to obliterate the Geneva Conventions was encapsulated by John “torture” Yoo, professor of law at Berkeley, co-author of the PATRIOT Act, author of torture memos and White House advisor.

During a December 1st debate in Chicago with Notre Dame professor and international human rights scholar Doug Cassel, John Yoo gave the green light for the scope of torture to legally include sexual torture of infants.

Cassel: If the president deems that he’s got to torture somebody, including by crushing the testicles of the person’s child, there is no law that can stop him?

Yoo: No treaty.

Cassel: Also no law by Congress — that is what you wrote in the August 2002 memo…

Yoo: I think it depends on why the President thinks he needs to do that.

So if the President thinks he needs to order children's penises to be put in vices, there is no law that can stop him and after last night's vote, the Senate and Congress, exemplified by sicko 16-year-old boy groomer Mark Foley (R-FL), has graciously provided Bush its full support for kids around the world to be molested in the name of stopping terror.

Yoo's comments were made before the passage of the torture legislation last night. Up until that point Bush had merely cited his role as dictator-in-chief as carte-blanche excuse for ordering torture - now his regime have the audacity to openly put it in writing - going one step further than even the Nazis did.

Again, for those who are still deluded into thinking the extent of the "pressure" is loud music and cold water being thrown over Johnny Jihad in Ragheadistan, consider for a moment the fact that your own Congress and President who, according to the Constitution, are mandated to serve you, have just legalized abducting your kids from your home and electric shocking their genitals.

Now that the criminals have declared themselves outside of the law does that mean we'll see Bush barbecuing babies on the White House lawn? Of course not, but the policy of torturing children in front of their parents has already been signed off on by the Pentagon and enacted under the Copper Green program and it happened at Abu Ghraib.

Women who were arrested with their children were forced to watch their boys being sodomized with chemical glow sticks as the cameras rolled. Investigative journalist Seymour Hersh says that the U.S. government is still withholding the tapes because of the horror of the "soundtrack of the shrieking boys" and their mothers begging to be killed in favor of seeing their children raped and tortured.

Your government has just lobbied for and Congress has passed legislation to discard the Geneva Conventions and mandate all this.

Pedophiles nationwide should rejoice - they can comfortably take a stroll down to the local swimming pool, grab whoever they like, drag them home, rape and torture them, and then in their defense cite the U.S. government as an example of how one should conduct themselves.

The bill also retroactively gives Bush, the Neo-Cons or any of their henchmen immunity from war crimes charges dating back to September 11. Ask yourself why they would be so careful to protect themselves from accusations of war crimes.

Could that possibly be because they are knowingly committing war crimes?

The legislating of torture itself should be a criminal act. All laws that contradict the U.S. Constitution are null and void. It was once a law that black people were slaves.

Only by engaging in civil disobedience and refusing to tolerate or acknowledge the laws of a criminal regime that has greased the skids for sexually torturing kids can we ever have a hope of returning America to its past glory.

Torture Bill States Non-Allegiance To Bush Is Terrorism
Legislation tolls the bell for the day America died, birth of the dictatorship

Buried amongst the untold affronts to the Bill of Rights, the Constitution and the very spirit of America, the torture bill contains a definition of "wrongfully aiding the enemy" which labels all American citizens who breach their "allegiance" to President Bush and the actions of his government as terrorists subject to possible arrest, torture and conviction in front of a military tribunal.

Subsection 4(b) (26) of section 950v. of HR 6166 - Crimes triable by military commissions - includes the following definition.

"Any person subject to this chapter who, in breach of an allegiance or duty to the United States, knowingly and intentionally aids an enemy of the United States, or one of the co-belligerents of the enemy, shall be punished as a military commission under this chapter may direct."

For an individual to hold an allegiance or duty to the United States they need to be a citizen of the United States. Why would a foreign terrorist have any allegiance to the United States to breach in the first place?

This is another telltale facet that proves the bill applies to U.S. citizens and includes them under the "enemy combatant" designation. We previously cited the comments of Yale law Professor Bruce Ackerman, who wrote in the L.A. Times, "The compromise legislation....authorizes the president to seize American citizens as enemy combatants, even if they have never left the United States. And once thrown into military prison, they cannot expect a trial by their peers or any other of the normal protections of the Bill of Rights."

The New York Times stated that the legislation introduced, "A dangerously broad definition of “illegal enemy combatant” in the bill could subject legal residents of the United States, as well as foreign citizens living in their own countries, to summary arrest and indefinite detention with no hope of appeal. The president could give the power to apply this label to anyone he wanted."

Calling the bill "our generation’s version of the Alien and Sedition Acts," the Times goes on to highlight the rubber stamping of torture.

"Coerced evidence would be permissible if a judge considered it reliable — already a contradiction in terms — and relevant. Coercion is defined in a way that exempts anything done before the passage of the 2005 Detainee Treatment Act, and anything else Mr. Bush chooses."

Since with this bill, in the aggregate, Bush has declared himself to be above the Constitution and the laws of the United States, the allegiance of American citizens is no longer to the flag or the freedoms for which it stands, but to Bush himself, the self-appointed dictator, and any diversion from that allegiance will mandate arrest, torture and conviction in a military tribunal under the terms of this bill.

Similar to the UK's Glorification of Terrorism law, which top lawyers have slammed as vague, open to interpretation and a potential weapon for the government to kidnap supposed subversives, the nebulous context of "wrongfully aiding the enemy," could easily be defined to include publicly absolving an accused terrorist of involvement in a terrorist attack.

That renders the entire 9/11 truth movement an aid to terrorist suspects and subject to military tribunal and torture. In addition, Bush's recently cited National Strategy for Combating Terrorism, which is available on the White House website, labels conspiracy theorists as terrorist recruiters.

This should leave us with no doubt as to which parties are the target of the government's torture and intimidation campaign.

Could protesting a war approved by the government and their bootlickers in Congress and the Senate be considered breaching an allegiance to the United States? Could campaigning against the bombing of a target country be considered wrongfully aiding the enemy?

When the USA PATRIOT act was rushed through at the height of an anthrax scare without any members of Congress even having time to read it, we were assured that it was to fight terrorists and would not be used against the American people.

Since then a plethora of cases whereby the USA PATRIOT act was used against U.S. citizens emerged, including the internment without trial for over three years of Jose Padilla, an American citizen who was finally released after no evidence of terrorism was uncovered.

The so-called "compromise" before the bill was passed and the media acclaim of John McCain as some kind of human rights champion is one of the biggest con jobs ever inflicted upon the American people.

Shortly after the bill was finalized it was spun by Bush security advisor Stephen Hadley as "good news and a good day for the American people." McCain said that it safeguarded "the integrity and letter and spirit of the Geneva Conventions."

In truth the legislation does the exact opposite, giving Bush carte blanche to "interpret the meaning and application of the Geneva Conventions."

In addition, under the bill, "No person may invoke the Geneva Conventions or any protocols thereto in any habeas corpus or other civil action or proceeding to which the United States, or a current or former officer, employee, member of the Armed Forces, or other agent of the United States is a party as a source of rights in any court of the United States or its States or territories."

The bill also allows hearsay evidence (obtained via phony confessions after torture) to be considered by the military tribunal and bars the suspect from even having knowledge of the charges against him - making a case for defense impossible. This is guaranteed to produce 100% conviction rates as you would expect in the dictatorships of Uzbekistan or Zimbabwe and other torture protagonists who are in many cases allied with the Bush administration and provide phony confessions obtained from torture that allow the U.S. government to scare its people with the threat of imaginary Al-Qaeda terror cells waiting to kill them.

Following the Supreme Court's ruling to previously strike down Bush's shadow penal system, Alberto Gonzales is already out threatening federal judges to shut up and get behind the dictator or face the consequences.

Gonzales has the sheer gall to attack judges for even considering to "overturn long-standing traditions or policies without proper support in text or precedent," which is exactly what Gonzales, Bush and the rest of the White House criminals are doing themselves by de facto abolishing the Bill of Rights!

This is a dark day for the United States, the day America died and the bastard birth of a literal dictatorship.

Media reports on Atta/Bin Laden video fail to Mention the Fact that Atta was under CIA surveillance at the time, was allowed into the U.S. and was then monitored by military intelligence

Karl Rove's promised October surprise has arrived nice and early. Five weeks before the midterm election, a "previously undiscovered" video emerges that reminds the uninformed world that Al Qaeda carried out the 9/11 attacks and in order to combat them we must vote for security over liberty.

The video, supposedly obtained by The Times of London through 'a tested channel', shows Osama Bin Laden addressing followers at Kandahar In 2000. It also features "9/11 mastermind" Ramzi Binalshibh and Lead hijacker Mohammed Atta reading his will, along with Ziad Jarrah, the alleged pilot of flight 93.

The tape has no soundtrack and a US source said lip readers had tried without success to decipher what was being said. This means that no voice analysis can be performed to confirm the true identity of those featured, a practice that has previously proven tapes to be outright fakes.

The soundtrack has been purposefully removed, who removed it and can they explain why?

Furthermore, why can't lip readers decipher what is being said? The lips of Atta and Jarrah are clearly visible. Could it be because the images have been doctored as was suspected with the video testimonies of the London bombers?

When a video tape of Mohammad Sidique Khan was released showing him in Arab garb and talking about committing bombings, his former friends and locals who knew him were adamant that the tape was fake. One of Khan's friends was quoted as saying "It's a fake. Look at the way his lips were moving; they looked odd, the whole thing is a fake."

Not questioned also is the fact that although the London Times says it "obtained" the tape, other reports say things like "The video released this weekend was found when the United States invaded Afghanistan in 2001. NBC News has obtained an analysis of the tape by U.S. intelligence experts, which scrutinizes every frame."

The fact of the matter is that all these tapes come from the US military and the CIA, they are then 'leaked' to the media in an attempt to remove any suggestion that they are US propaganda. We previously documented how the Washington Post reported that the last Al-Zarqawi tape was admittedly a Pentagon produced psy-op.

The fact that this tape was given to The Times of London and not left on the doorstep of Al Jazeera suggests that US officials wanted a worldwide reception for it and recognise that generally people are tiring of the "Al Jazeera obtains Al Qaeda video" cliche.

The tape is being touted as "the missing link" where Mohammed Atta is concerned.

The Times reports, "American and German investigators have struggled to find evidence of Atta’s whereabouts in January 2000 after he disappeared from Hamburg. The hour-long tape places him in Afghanistan at a decisive moment in the development of the conspiracy when he was given operational command. Months later both he and Jarrah enrolled at flying schools in America."

Where as the majority of people will only see the tape as further proof that 9/11 was carried out by Bin Laden henchmen, those who have researched 9/11 will know, as reported by the Berliner Zeitung newspaper, “Atta was under surveillance by CIA agents while in Germany from January to May, 2000…. The Americans did not inform German law enforcement authorities of their observation of Atta, or of the reasons that they considered him suspicious…. But the CIA apparently also hid its incendiary findings from other agencies of the United States government,” thus allowing him to gain a U.S. entry visa on May 18, 2000.

At this times the CIA also had Ramzi Binalshibh under surveillance:

"It seems likely that the CIA did monitor Binalshibh long enough to connect him to Atta... So we have strong indications that Binalshibh led the CIA to Atta, who was then followed to the States."

Once Atta was inside the US he was discovered and monitored by the DIA op 'Able Danger'. The op was part of an experimental program to collect intelligence on terrorist networks. The Army intelligence unit, located near the Pentagon, then alerted the FBI and the CIA to Atta, who of course already knew about him.

As Kurt Nimmo has pointed out, "In other words, we are expected to believe both the CIA and the FBI are completely brain-dead and unable to process the most basic intelligence information. In fact, the CIA (with the assistance of the so-called Israeli “art student” spies and covert op facilitators) micromanaged the nine eleven plot patsies, from Hamburg to flight training and beyond."

More recently Pentagon lawyers have ordered five members of the Able Danger intelligence team not to testify at an open Senate about information they developed on Atta. It was also confirmed that intelligence officials involved in the program had been ordered to destroy more than 2.5 terabytes of information in April/May 2000.

We have previously also reported that Atta was wired $100, 0000 days before 9/11 by the head of Pakistani Intelligence who happened to be having breakfast on 9/11 with Senator Bob Graham and Rep. Porter Goss, the chairmen of the Senate and House Intelligence committees.

The tape could also have been produced at any time given the fact that it has been reported that ATTA IS STILL ALIVE, and Ziad Jarrah's family provided evidence days after 9/11 that Jarrah, wasn't even onboard Flight 93 and that if he was, it was only as a passenger who was just as much of a victim as the rest of the people on the plane.

in order to counter these claims defenders of the official story point to Jarrah's recovered visa that was miraculously found in the remains of Flight 93, only a bit burned and not entirely destroyed along with the entirety of the aluminum and steel plane parts.

This latest tape comes hot on the heels of a previous release last month that purported to show Bin Laden meeting with alleged 9/11 hijackers Wail Alshehri and Hamza Alghamdi days before the attack in Afghanistan. Telling therefore it is that Wail Alshehri was one of the accused hijackers reported by the L.A. Times to still be alive and protesting his innocence in Saudi Arabia after 9/11.

It has previously been reported that up to nine of the nineteen alleged hijackers are still alive. Yet the FBI still maintains it has the correct mugshots of the right men.

Furthermore, the other alleged hijacker in the previous tape, Hamza Alghamdi's original mug shot as it appeared on the splash of 19 hijackers bore, "no resemblance" to the real Hamza Alghamdi - according to his own father after being informed of his son's involvement in the attack. The Hamza Alghamdi in the new video does appear to be the same individual in the FBI's mug shot parade. As with at least seven of the hijackers, it seems that there are two of each one, and the ones that appear in the tapes are patsies or dupes.

This is by no means a stretch when we recall that many of the hijackers were trained at secure U.S. government air bases and that the FBI had its own informants living with them.

As we reported last month, "The hijackers were patsies, Osama bin Laden was a patsy - it doesn't really matter if they met or not. The other patsy in the video, Hamza Alghamdi, was trained at the behest of the U.S. government at the Pensacola Naval Air Station. But the video - as with most war propaganda - is aimed at the lowest common denominator and it's enough to reinforce the official version of 9/11 and the legitimacy of the war on terror."

U.S. Government Caught Red-Handed Releasing Staged Al-Qaeda Videos
Immediate Congressional investigation demanded, media oversight of clear and deliberate psychological warfare against American population non-existent

Revelations that the US government had been in possession of footage released on Sunday depicting alleged Al-Qaeda hijackers and Osama Bin Laden since 2001 and evidence that the footage itself was filmed by security agencies, went unquestioned by the media - who blindly towed the official line that the tape was released by Al-Qaeda. This is smoking gun proof that the U.S. government is staging the release of alleged Al-Qaeda tapes and it demands an immediate Congressional investigation.

Segments of the video that were interspersed with footage of the "laughing hijackers," Jarrah and Atta, showing Bin Laden giving a speech to an audience in Afghanistan on January 8 2000, were culled from what terror experts describe as surveillance footage taken by a "security agency."

This explains the lack of a soundtrack in the video and the fact that the tape does not focus solely on Bin Laden but pans around and shows the attendees in the audience.

Furthermore, film of the Bin Laden speech, reported by the dominant media as new footage, was previously broadcast in the UK docudramaThe Road to Guantanamo, which was first seen on British television nearly seven months ago in March.

News reports over the weekend contained the admission that the U.S. government had been in possession of the footage since 2002, while others said it was found when the United States invaded Afghanistan in 2001, and yet it was still bizarrely reported that the tape, bearing all the hallmarks of having been filmed and edited by undercover US intelligence and having admittedly been in US possession for five years, was released over the weekend by Al-Qaeda.

Either Al-Qaeda has been given access to US intelligence surveillance tapes of its own organization or the tape was released by the US intelligence apparatus. The evidence provides no other explanation.

The fact that the same footage was used in The Road to Guantanamo is startling because the context of the clip in which it is seen portrays British and American intelligence agents showing doctored footage to detainees, whereby their likeness has been edited in with CGI to the Bin laden rally scene, using it to intimidate them into confessing to being Al-Qaeda members.

The latest video tape hoax is only the most recent of a dirty laundry list of past examples where old, re-hashed, or outright faked footage of Bin Laden and his followers was mysteriously obtained and released at the most politically expedient time. These examples are all referenced in our original investigation.

Recall that the Pentagon's stated intention to artificially magnify Musab Al-Zarqawi's role in Iraq was followed by the release of a video tape of Al-Zarqawi threatening the infidels.

The target of this leaked propaganda campaign to boost Al-Qaeda's profile was said to be the "U.S. home audience," and included planting fake stories in newspapers - one of which was later splashed on the front page of the New York Times.

The agenda dovetails with the necessity of the torture program - there are very few real terror cells in existence outside of the puppet mastery of the U.S. and British intelligence apparatus. To maintain a state of fear and obedience amongst the target "home audience," there need to be regular "two minutes of hate" intervals and the artificial creation of supposed terrorist networks and plots.

The tapes are also a desperate attempt to prop up the official version of 9/11 as its credibility crumbles globally and a firestorm of awakening to the fact that the attack was an inside job rages.

I encourage everyone to fully imbue themselves of our original investigation and make it a viral story across the Internet. Click here to get the original story and lobby for mainstream media to pay attention.

We need to demand higher standards from our media starting with a proper investigation as to who the true source of this tape was and an immediate skepticism towards all such future alleged "Al-Qaeda" video tape releases.

A press that lazily dismisses the origins of these tapes as a side-issue is playing a central role in disseminating unchecked war propaganda and violating every code of journalistic ethical conduct.

The U.S. government's role in obtaining and carefully stage-managing the dissemination of these tapes, many of them old footage re-released over and over again, is now without a doubt manifestly obvious and demands immediate Congressional investigation as part of a wider probe into the admitted fake news scandal that has characterized the Bush White House as the most duplicitous and manipulative administration in history and befits a regime that is engaging in psychological warfare against the American people.

Google Again Censors, Stifles 9/11 Film's Growth
Video viewership figures for Terror Storm being reset to prevent movie going "Loose Change" viral

Google Video has re-imposed a crass censorship policy to intentionally stifle the growth of Alex Jones' Terror Storm documentary and prevent it from reaching tens of millions of people by covertly editing viewer statistics and blocking the film from entering its popular categories.

Last week we highlighted how Google had reset viewing totals for Terror Storm from hundreds of thousands of views on several different video versions back down to zero for each one.

Following a complaint Google admitted that the numbers had been reset by mistake, despite the fact that the error only seemed to apply to Terror Storm, and assured us that the problem would not re-occur.

A brief appraisal of the viewership figures for the multiple different versions of Terror Storm again shows that Google have deliberately reset the viewership stats to prevent the film getting a foothold in the Popular, Featured, or Movers and Shakers categories. It is only when a film enters these prominent categories that it really begins to spread like wildfire and enter a cycle of exponential multiplication.

Figures that were heading towards 500,000 views for different uploads of the film are now back in the low hundreds and tens of thousands. The number of viewer submitted comments remains the same but the viewership numbers have clearly been unfairly doctored.

Loose Change appears in the featured video section of Google Video on almost every visit to the website because of its immeasurable viral impact and we are delighted for Dylan Avery and the rest of his crew that such a dynamic film is reaching tens of millions of people.

Its viewership figures have not been reset and continue to multiply, along with other popular truth movement films such as 9/11 Mysteries: Demolitions. Google's alleged "mistake" only seems to apply to Terror Storm and no other video.

From past behavior and clear evidence of statistical manipulation, it is reasonable to conclude that an executive level decision has been made to artificially trim the numbers for Terror Storm and prevent it from becoming an underground blockbuster.

Such a policy would not come as a surprise as we have consistently run into censorship issues with Google.

During our Charlie Sheen coverage, Google intentionally blocked news stories pertaining to Sheen's comments which were first made on the Alex Jones Show and turned into a nationwide media spectacle.

Even after the story had gone supernova, and our original write-up had been linked all over the web, including the Drudge Report, Google's main search engine did not list the article.

After we blew the whistle on this act of censorship, the story was re-listed and Google even began carrying some of our content in their news section - a practice that has now also ceased.

Google's penchant for abandoning their founding principle of "don't be evil" and kissing up to Communist China for privileged access into the world's biggest untapped Internet market, was exemplified in February this when Google completely erased the Space War website from its search engine. Space War is a large mainstream news website that carries articles about geopolitics and the defense industry from AFP.

Space War speculated that it was their reporting on advancements in China's military technology and missile programs that provoked a censorship order from the totalitarian Chinese government which Google acted upon. Again, after a mass e mailing campaign which we fully supported, Google re-indexed the Space War website.

Please e mail Google and ask them why they keep trimming the viewership figures for Terror Storm. Demand an answer as to why they are unfairly blocking Terror Storm from reaching large numbers of people. We appreciate the great service that Google Video provides for free but what are they so afraid of that they would deliberately alter viewership totals and suppress the impact of this movie?

Following on from our three features on the latest dubious Al Qaeda video, We can reveal that further investigation into the origin of Al Qaeda video and tape release leads straight back to US military intelligence and Donald Rumsfeld.

The origin of the latest video, starring Mohammed Atta and flight 93 hijacker Ziad Jarrah, has been swept under the carpet by the mainstream media who bizarrely admit that the government has had the tape since late 2001 but still suggest it is a new release by Al Qaeda.

Interesting also is the fact that in an NBC article, they admit that before receiving the "exclusive US analysis" of the London Sunday Times' tape, they had filed a Freedom of Information Act request for the same tape of Atta earlier this year:

"The Sunday Times said it had obtained the video “through a previously tested channel” but gave no further details. NBC News filed a Freedom of Information Act request for the videotapes early this year, but the Pentagon has not yet turned them over. "

This is an open admission that it is the Pentagon that has released this tape and not Al Qaeda. this dovetails with our previous analysis that revealed that the footage has been seen before in a docudrama, the Road to Guantanamo, where it is shown to detainees at camp Delta as an intelligence surveillance tape.

Along with experts on Islamic terrorist groups who are baffled by the video and have declared that it has come from a security agency, the very journalist who received the tape also says the source was not Al Qaeda.

It is also interesting that this journalist, Yousri Fouda is not only a Sunday Times journalist but also the London Bureau Chief of Al Jazeera. He is the guy who normally breaks all the Al Qaeda tapes anyway, so really the London Times connection is just a smokescreen.

All evidence indicates that the tapes are provided to Fouda and Al Jazeera by As Sahab, the "production company" of Al Qaeda, via a group known as Intelcenter, who also SELL the videos online.

Intelcenter normally have the tapes available for sale as soon as they are released, indeed in the past they have even predicted when they are going to get a tape before it is released, as they did with the second London bomber tape on the anniversary of 7/7.

Intel center is run by Ben Venzke, who is an interesting character. A google search results in the revelation that he used to be the director of intelligence at a company called IDEFENSE, which is a verisign company. IDEFENSE is a web security company that monitors intelligence from the middle east conflicts and focuses on cyber threats among other things.

It is also heavily populated with long serving ex military intelligence officials.

The Director of Threat intelligence, Jim Melnick, served 16 years in the US army and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and worked in psychological operations. From the IDEFENSE website:

Prior to joining iDefense, Mr. Melnick served with distinction for more than 16 years in the U.S. Army and the Defense Intelligence Agency. During this period, Mr. Melnick served in a variety of roles, including psychological operations, international warning issues with emphasis on foreign affairs and information operations and Russian affairs. He also served in active political/military intelligence roles with an emphasis on foreign affairs. Mr. Melnick is currently a U.S. Army Reserve Colonel with Military Intelligence, assigned to the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Mr. Melnick has been published in numerous military and foreign affairs journals, and has received numerous military and DIA awards. Mr. Melnick has a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, a Master of Arts in Russian studies from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Political Science from Westminster College.

So here we have a company that by it's own admission has a senior military psy-op intelligence officer working directly for Donald Rumsfeld. As Intelcenter and Ben Venzke are directly connected to IDEFENSE, this puts Rumsfeld 3 small steps away from the Al Qaeda propaganda videos.

The NBC "US analysis" should be the focus of the latest tape and not the Times articles. It is an astounding piece of psyop propaganda that attempts in a shoddy way to fill in the "gaps" in 9/11 intelligence. the analyst, Evan Coleman, after admitting that the Pentagon has been "sitting on it" goes on to say:

"It is important for people to watch and realize that this video is conclusive proof that 9/11 was orchestrated by Al Qaeda at the most senior levels."

He then makes a direct assault on the 9/11 truth movement by saying:

"This is the kind of video proof that is going to put a lot of 9/11 conspiracy theorists out in the cold and for good reason."

Coleman contradicts himself throughout his own report by saying the Pentagon has had the video since 2001 whilst still towing the line that it was Al Qaeda that released the video.

North Korea Nuke Test Derails Iran Invasion?
Has Rummy's madcap dictator arming resulted in a blowback that undermines the Neo-Con war machine?

North Korea's underground atomic weapon test is a wild card that could potentially derail the Neo-Con battle plan to carry out air strikes on Iran. Will the myopic hubris of the Bushists make them blind to the incompatability of selling a war on a nation years away from nukes while another openly proliferates, or could it just make the likelihood of a false flag terror attack more likely?

Russia is now saying that the test was far greater than first reported, in the region of 5,000 tons to 15,000 tons of TNT, an upper limit which would put it on a par with the bomb dropped on Hiroshima in 1945.

Reports concerning developments in North Korea's nuclear program are routinely absent the "memory-holed" fact that it was Donald Rumsfeld, former non-executive director of ABB, that signed off on a $200 million dollar contract to sell nuclear reactors to the Stalinist state in November 2000. Has Rumsfeld's wanton act of chaos-mongering resulted in a form of blowback that could eviserate the entire roadmap of his administration?

How does the test affect the global and domestic propaganda campaign to justify air strikes on Iran?

Mike Rivero over at What Really Happened reckons North Korea has "put the screws," to any US-led invasion.

"It will be hard for Bush to sell an invasion of Iran because it might someday make nuclear weapons when North Korea definitely has them now. Bush has to attack North Korea before Iran, and who will support an attack on a nation that actually HAS nuclear weapons of mass destruction."

This makes a lone Israeli attack the more likely scenario, but there is no doubt it will be backed by covert US support and a huge domestic distraction.

Fox News seemingly welcomed the nuke test as beneficial for the Bush administration in that it was the only story capable of knocking Foleygate off the air.

"Never mind the tremendous implications of this -- it's all about GOP politics, all the time, on Fox "News," write News Hounds.

The world has been made infinitely more dangerous, due not to the significantly increased danger posed by Kim Jong-il, but because the Bush regime has to go to even greater lengths to sell an attack on a nation ten to fifteen years away from producing the bomb.

The Neo-Fascists are more desperate than ever to manufacture a false flag event that can propel Iran back above North Korea in the fear stakes. Watch for the Rovian rhetoric to be shifted from Iran's pursuit of nuclear technology to their alleged support of terrorists in Lebanon and Iraq.

Kim-Jong-il may be a mentally unstable lunatic but he's not short of geopolitical nous. He knows that the Bush war machine only targets defenseless tinpot dictators and leaves real members of the nuclear club alone.

But his actions have greased the skids for a desperate lunge on the part of the Straussians - the most likely outcome being a huge attack on Jerusalem or Tel Aviv blamed on Iranian backed Hezbollah, providing the Israelis with a UN mandate to retaliate that would stifle the voices of enough critics to ractchet up the armageddon meter one more notch.

Google Admits Terror Storm Blackout
But claims "error" and not censorship for second successive time as 9/11 film enters top 100

Following our attempts to get an answer as to why Google was seemingly artificially stifling the viewership numbers for Terror Storm, ensuring the film didn't enter Google Video's popular categories, the online giant has admitted the figures were pegged but claims again that the change was due to a technical glitch.

Google's response in full is reprinted below.

Thanks for your email and we apologize for any frustration. We understand that you are concerned about the number of public views "Terror Storm" received.

The temporary statistical change in public views was a result of system issues experienced earlier this week. However, this issue was resolved, and the playback statistics are now accurately reflecting the number of views this video is receiving. We have confirmed that this video is currently appearing on the top 100 list.

Please note that this technical issue affected all videos, not just the video in question. However, we are taking steps to ensure that this does not happen in the future.

In addition, we rank videos based on a number of factors, including the video file name, title, and any associated metadata to determine whether videos are relevant to a query. We do not alter any video's statistical information nor do we manually select the ranking of videos.

We apologize for any confusion and appreciate your understanding. Thank you for taking the time to write us.

This is an elongated version of Google's previous response to our contention that views for Terror Storm were deliberately being trimmed as part of an executive level censorship policy to prevent the 9/11 film going viral as happened to Loose Change.

Could Google have made the same mistake twice in consecutive weeks? We cannot verify their claim that, "the technical issue affected all videos," as from our careful tracking it only seemed to impact Terror Storm and a handful of other videos about the 9/11 inside job.

We have enjoyed using Google's services for years and we do not seek to pick a fight simply to garner attention.

Google's censorship policies in China and even those directed against US websites that are mildly critical of China prove that the company that was founded on the principle "don't be evil," is slowly beginning to resemble the very controlling Big Brother image it claimed to despise.

The Google help page used to state that it did not censor search results. This policy has now changed and Google now carried that proviso that, "in response to local laws, regulations, or policies," it may censor certain content.

Google's recent announcement, that it would use in-built computer microphones to spy on the habits of 150 million Americans, should send a chill down the spine of anyone who still cherishes personal privacy and freedom - especially as analysts predicted the technology would subsequently be turned over to the government who would use it to conduct blanket NSA spying trawls in the name of the war on terror.

In light of Google's $1.65 billion acquisition of You Tube, potential control and censorship of the Internet's newest burgeoning platform - online videos - should be of paramount concern.

Terror Storm has now entered the top 100 category of popular videos on Google. Will its viewership numbers be falsely represented for a third time by Google - ensuring the film plunges back into relative online obscurity - or will Google fix its "mistake," rescind its censorship, and allow the online video domain to be a fair and level playing field?
